Research On The Innovation Of Grass-roots Party Building Of The State Grid Ningxia Helan County Power Supply Company

At the National Conference on Party Building Work in State-Owned Enterprises across the Country,the General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China and strengthening party building are the unique advantages of China’s state-owned enterprises.We should strengthen and improve the Party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises,strengthen and improve the Party building in state-owned enterprises,so that state-owned enterprises can become the most reliable force for the Party and the country to rely on,and become an important force to implement the new development concept and comprehensively deepen reform.Therefore,Party building in state-owned enterprises is an important means to promote the development of the cause.With the innovation of grass-roots party building in Helan County Power Supply Company of the State Grid as the research content,the public organization theory is used to analyze the innovation of the whole process of the composition,operation,development and evaluation of the innovation of party building,and comprehensively interpret and summarize the innovation of the grass-roots party building in Helan County Power Supply Company of the State Grid.Some independent opinions and countermeasures for the innovation of the basic party building are put forward,which provides new ideas for the research on the innovation of grass-roots party building in state-owned enterprises.In combination with theoretical research and field investigation,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of grassroots Party construction innovation in Helan County Power Supply Company of State Grid.In view of the current situation of full and strict governance over the Party,this paper proposes various measures,including constructing a learning organization to create a good learning atmosphere,cultivate correct values,and strengthen legal management,innovating the way of party member education to give full play to the organizational strength,performing the flexible operation in the Party organization business to establish the relevant mechanism for Party members to play an exemplary role and establishing a service guarantee mechanism for the Party member service team to strengthen the construction of the talent team of the communist service team.The research herein will provide reference and experience for the innovation of grass-roots party building in other state-owned enterprises.
