| With the advent of the information age,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Today,with the increasing tension of external resources and the increasing cost of human resources,how to achieve maximum efficiency and output under the limited input of resources has become the focus of business managers’ close attention.At present,most enterprise managers have realized that it is difficult to stand out in the fierce competition only by resource input.Only when the cost is minimized and the output is maximized with limited resource input,is the important reason for the sustainable development of enterprises.That is,the key to success lies in the internal rather than the external.As an attempt to tap the internal potential of enterprises and improve the management level of enterprises,enterprise managers have focused on the way to manage the activities of enterprises.Project management is one of the management concepts and methods,which has become an important choice for enterprise management.Since the development of project management in the 1960 s,great progress has been made at home and abroad,extending from the initial aerospace field to chemical,medical,financial,advertising and many other fields.At the same time,with the introduction of Lean Project team,Six Sigma management,balanced scorecard,critical path method,Gantt chart and other management theories and tools,project management has been adopted by more and more enterprises,and has become an indispensable part of enterprise management.As an important part of project management,communication management plays a vital role in project promotion.To some extent,communication management is the essence of management,and also the essence and core of modern enterprise management.Good management communication is the bridge link to keep the project going smoothly.Through effective project communication management,we can communicate the project requirements thoroughly,plan the project thoroughly,monitor the project process continuously,summarize and refine the project results,ensure the effective transmission of project information,effectively communicate with project stakeholders,and promote the project according to plan.Successful implementation,so good communication management directly affects the success of the project,for the operation and development of enterprises is particularly important.In this paper,a lean production line project of a certain type of aircraft is taken as the carrier,and a cooperative consultant is introduced to construct and implement the lean production line in the assembly process of a certain type of aircraft.The project has the characteristics of high degree of attention,coordination and complexity,so the project communication management is particularly important in the whole process of project promotion.Based on the four main process links of project overall plan,project process information transmission,project overall performance evaluation and project acceptance and evaluation in project communication management,this paper analyses the problems existing in the process of planning,promotion and summary of lean production line project,such as unclear needs of collaborative consultants,unclear communication and communication within project team.The main problems such as poor flow,poor communication with project leaders,incomplete implementation and decomposition of project master plan are discussed.The key influencing factors in the process of project communication and management,such as project demand communication,project information transmission,project process monitoring and project performance management,are found out from a systematic point of view.Finally,the basis is put forward.The project management communication model framework for project leaders,project managers,collaborative consultants,project members and other stakeholders.Based on the principles of trust,timeliness and unity,the model establishes the communication mechanism among project stakeholders,forms a closed-loop management system of project planning,process implementation,stage inspection and summary extraction,and effectively solves the problems existing in the process of project communication management,such as inadequate pre-project communication,project process information release and transmission.The main problems such as poor delivery,poor performance orientation and failure to reach the project closing goal are to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,so as to achieve the established objectives of project management.At the same time,the model has good generality,can better solve the ubiquitous problems in the process of management communication,and has good promotion value. |
