Research On The Space Composition And Design Of Urban Community Library

The continuous acceleration of the urbanization process and the maturity of the reform of the community system have prompted the community to face urban residents with an open and shared attitude.In order to improve the residents’ quality of life and strengthen the cohesion of the community,community construction has increasingly become the focus of attention in recent years.As the most important public cultural facility within the area,the community library is responsible for cultural knowledge dissemination,social education and other functions in the community.The quality of functional space is directly related to the use of residents.However,due to the relatively late start of the construction of community libraries in China,its system construction is not yet perfect.At present,most of the community libraries in China can only meet the basic reading needs of residents,with a single functional space,which is not attractive to them.In addition,the current community library building has no clear design codes.Most of the construction is directly replaced by other public service houses in the community,so the space type is single.Therefore,the research on the building of community library is an important content to improve the construction of community public service system.Based on the current situation investigation,this article takes the existing community library in Chengdu as an example,starting from the subjective and objective perspectives.On the one hand,it analyzes the content,types,interrelationships and existing problems of its internal space,on the other hand,From the perspective of the users,to analyze its actual use demand,the influence of the behavior patterns on the library space;at the same time,combined with relevant domestic and foreign excellent cases and related norms and technical indicators,the corresponding design strategy is proposed,which is mainly divided into two levels,one is The macro level mainly includes influencing factors and design strategies such as building site selection and building form selection to meet the adaptability of different communities;in addition,from the micro perspective,it proposes corresponding design strategies for its internal space organization and details processing;finally Combining related research cases,based on the research theory,corresponding optimization design schemes are proposed to further verify the research results.On the one hand,the above results provide a certain theoretical basis for the research on the direction of community library architecture and lay the foundation for the formulation of corresponding standards;at the same time,the results have certain reference significance for the planning and design of future community library architecture.
