Research On The Construction Method Of Urban Community Library

Nowadays,China has basically achieved a well-off society and entered a new stage of development.With the improvement of people’s needs,the main social contradictions have changed.People pursue a better and more equal material and spiritual life.At present,China’s economic and cultural construction is developing steadily.In the face of the imbalance and insufficiency of economic and cultural development,and so should the construction of cultural facilities.As China is about to lift its economy out of poverty,the urgency and importance of lifting the whole people out of poverty through culture is becoming increasingly prominent.During the 13th Five Year Plan period,the state issued a series of plans to vigorously develop the public library cause and make the balanced development of library resources,but the original large library development mode is difficult to adapt to today’s shrinking city background.The concept of urban study is the exploration of the balanced development of Public Libraries.Through participating in the practice of mozishan urban study project,this thesis explores and prospects the site selection,construction methods and basic functions of Community Library in the face of the connotative development of the city and the above problems,finds problems and seeks solutions in the process of practice.The community library has the closest contact with the public,and because of its small size,the construction difficulty is much lower than that of the large library,combined with the development of Libraries in China,it is found that taking the large public libraries in the region as the core and developing the surrounding community libraries is the future development trend.In the process of actual project case investigation,looking at community libraries at home and abroad,it is found that the development of community libraries in China is faced with many construction problems,such as uneven development,hard to find sites,lack of funds,blank norms and so on.Mozishan city library project uses existing buildings to rebuild libraries in the newly developed residential area,and its reasons and methods are thought-provoking.With these questions,dozens of excellent cases at home and abroad were investigated in the course of project practice to seek solutions.First of all,it analyzes and summarizes the excellent cases of problem-solving means to explore the breakthrough and find the development direction suitable for the construction of community libraries in China.Secondly,on the basis of a large number of case studies,combined with the national conditions,this thesis puts forward some main design methods of community library,including site selection,supplement of specification blank,selection of construction methods,and exploration of the relationship between basic functions and scale.In short,through participating in the practice process of "urban study" project in mozishan,Hunnan District,Shenyang.Based on the actual project,this thesis studies the site selection method,construction method,relevant specification supplement of community library,and explores the relationship between function and building scale.Based on the national conditions and the development status at home and abroad,the thesis finally draws a conclusion and looks forward to the future development of community library.Hope to provide more valuable reference and suggestions for the feasibility of community library construction...
