| It is very common to adjust production line or equipment conversion in manufacturing enterprises.It always plays a crucial role to improve production conversion efficiency for enterprises with equipment manufacturing facilities,who posse the variety of products,frequent production conversion.Lean production is originated from Toyota’s just-in-time production in Japan.It is a theoretical summary of Toyota’s production model by the international automobile planning organization of the United States,and is the best production organization mode and system in the current manufacturing industry through product development,manufacturing,procurement and other processes.Rapid production change is also known as rapid mold change,which is an important basis and advantage of lean production.It is an important way to solve the problem of rapid mold change for maximizing production capacity and quickly meeting market demand in the manufacturing enterprises with multiple varieties and small batches.Combining status of mold change and existing problems of needle valve body production line for H company,we established the overall scheme of SMED by studying the theory of lean production,SMED and related theory and method.Based on the optimization of mold change flowing,both inside and outside the work separation,the internal and external operation time etc.,we also evaluated the optimization effect of SMED and expound the optimization process by the combination of theory and practice,considering the main indexes such as the time and the moving distance of mold change,OEE,etc..The research results of this paper can not only improve the mold changing speed of the needle valve body production line to improve the production capacity,but also promote the improvement and optimization of other production lines of the company,so as to improve the overall production capacity and market competitiveness of the company. |
