Prefabricated building is an important direction for the future development of China’s construction industry,and vigorously developing prefabricated buildings can promote the upgrading and transformation of China’s construction industry.Although domestic scholars have studied many prefabricated walls at present,there are few related prefabricated studies involving masonry structures,and many buildings in villages and towns of our country are masonry structures on site.This kind of masonry structure will consume high labor cost and long construction time,but also has many disadvantages,such as unstable construction period,complex construction method and uncontrollable quality of finished products.At the same time,most of the existing domestic wall manufacturers have high production costs and low returns.In response to many of these problems,this paper puts forward the prefabricated concrete interlocking block wall.This kind of prefabricated wall can solve many problems in artificial masonry,give full play to the advantages of block wall and carry out large-scale application.At the same time,this kind of prefabricated wall can promote the transformation and upgrading of wall materials enterprises,promote the development of prefabricated buildings in China,and accelerate the process of construction industrialization in China,which have important engineering value and social with economic value.In this paper,the seismic performance,restoring force model and calculation method of bearing capacity of this kind of prefabricated block wall are studied deeply:(1)In this paper,six walls were designed to study the impact of vertical compressive stress and aspect ratio on the seismic performance of prefabricated interlocking concrete block walls,and to observe the development of cracks,failure forms,seismic shear capacity,energy dissipation,ductility and stiffness degradation characteristics.The test results show that the cracking load will be significantly reduced by increasing the aspect ratio of the wall,and the maximum load and failure load will be reduced accordingly.Meanwhile,the increase of the aspect ratio can improve the ductility performance of the wall.The greater the vertical compressive stress of the wall,the more thorough the wall failure.Its final energy dissipation capacity,initial stiffness and shear capacity will be significantly improved.The degradation rate of the stiffness will be slowed down greatly,but the ductility of the wall will be reduced(2)Based on the experimental results of six prefabricated block wall skeleton curves,the stiffness variation law of the broken line in each stage of the skeleton curve model is calculated by normalization and fitting,and the skeleton curve model of the prefabricated block wall is established.Based on the derived skeleton curve model and the stiffness degradation law of forward unloading and negative unloading,the restoring force model of this kind of prefabricated block wall is finally established.(3)In this paper,the calculation theory and calculation method of seismic shear capacity of prefabricated interlocking concrete block wall are studied deeply.Finally,the two formulas which are most suitable for the wall in this paper are selected.And the seismic shear capacity obtained by the test is larger than normative formula and calculated value of formula proposed by some other scholars.The experimental results show that the wall has good safety reserve and suitable for use in villages and towns with low seismic intensity.
