| Prefabricated construction is an intensive and efficient production method.The industrial chain is highly mechanized and the labor force is greatly reduced.The prefabricated construction has the characteristics of modularization,customization,high efficiency and greening.The traditional construction model is an intensive construction method with high resources and high labor consumption represented by cast-in-place concrete.The existence of this construction method has benefited from the cheap labor and material costs and abundant natural resources of China in the past few decades.This rugged construction comes with the price of increasingly serious pollution problems of air,water,soil,etc.and the visible reduction of natural resources.Nowadays,not only China,but all countries in the world are paying more and more attention to environmental protection and resource conservation issues,and trying many solutions to solve a series of environmental and energy consumption problems brought by human beings to the earth.Meanwhile,the problem of China’s aging population is becoming more and more prominent,followed by the aging of workers,and the cost of workers has increased significantly.Based on the existence of these problems,the state puts prefabricated buildings on the agenda again,and promulgated a series of policy documents to support and promote the development of prefabricated buildings.In response to the national call for the development of prefabricated buildings,but also to promote the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings,this article launched a study on prefabricated block walls,based on the seismic performance test of assembled concrete block wall with structural(core)columns initially explored the seismic performance of this type of prefabricated Concrete block walls,providing certain test support for the engineering application of prefabricated block wall.The block walls are built by wall machine,the blocks used are interlocking Concrete blocks,and there are no vertical mortar in the block walls.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)In this paper,six prefabricated concrete block walls with structural(core)columns are designed.The main research parameters are axial compression ratio,vertical compressive stress,height width ratio,structural measures,etc.the crack development and failure mode of this kind of prefabricated block walls are analyzed,and the seismic performance indexes such as hysteresis,skeleton,ductility and energy consumption are analyzed.(2)In this paper,the seismic and shear capacity of the wall obtained from the test are compared with the calculation results of the standard formula and various formulas proposed by previous scholars,the standard formula is modified,and the calculation result of the modified formula is very close to the test.Meanwhile,the calculated value of the formula proposed by Shi Chuxian is also in good agreement with the experimental value.Therefore,both the Shi Chuxian formula and the modified formula can be used to calculate the fabricated Concrete block wall with structural(core)columns.(3)In this paper,the tri-fold line skeleton curve of fabricated Concrete block wall with structural(core)columns is determined,and the calculation formula and calculation method of characteristic points of each skeleton curve are given based on the test results.A stiffness-degraded polyline model is used to describe the restoring force model of the component,and a restoring force model that reflects the hysteretic behavior of the specimen and a stiffness calculation formula for the elastoplastic stage are proposed. |
