| With the development of automatic driving technology,the automation level of intelligent vehicles is constantly improved,and the driver will transfer more and more control to the car,which will reduce the driving risk caused by the driver’s attention shift,but will also result in the loss of control.The reduction or loss of control will have a negative impact on users’ safety perception and emotions.The research content of this paper mainly includes four aspects: theoretical research,experimental research on user safe driving handover experience based on process characteristics,experience design model and driving handover experience design practice.Firstly,starting from the vehicle driving handover system,this study points out the driving distraction caused by complex driving handover tasks,and introduces the process characteristics attribute under the interactive behavior characteristics to carry out the interactive operation process design,so as to improve the driving safety perception of users.And through the process characteristics,user safety perception and other theories to build the driving handover task based on the experience of the framework.Secondly,through the card sorting,195 in-car tasks under four universal driving scenarios(driving control task,driving assistance task,navigation task,and service task)were studied and analyzed on the desktop.After clustering,four interactive actions were obtained: activation/deactivate,entry,selection and adjustment.Through the enterprise case and academia research to build driving operation process under the handover tasks,inviting users to participate in experiments,by simulating driving device and user oral report for task execution process of user behavior and subjective feeling,based on user safety perception,sense of presence,satisfaction,and trust the four indicators to evaluate safety perception,and combined with high emergency and low emergency situation make a comprehensive analysis of two kinds of driving,and the priority of different interaction process and user safety perception factors.Then,based on the design of application of process characteristics and the influence factors of safety perception extracted from experiments,the design model of user’s safe driving handover experience design and the operation process of driving handover under specific situations are constructed based on process characteristics.Finally,the experimental results,design principles and design process are applied to the operation process design practice of driving handover,which verifies the applicability and feasibility of the theoretical framework and experience design model constructed in this paper.By combing relevant theoretical research and analysis,and taking the interaction of autonomous vehicles as the object,this paper proposes the research theory of safety perception experience of driving handover based on process characteristics.In theory,the concept of process characteristics is perfected from the aspects of human-computer interaction,artificial intelligence and psychology,and it is taken as the influencing factor of user’s safe driving experience.On the research method,to extract the vehicle information system under the four operations of the use of interaction sequence under different operation process,discusses the operation process in the dynamic performance of the intelligent product quality as well as the advantage of design thinking tool,constructed based on the process characteristics of driving safety perception experience design model,based on the process characteristics of drive over the safety perception of experience design to provide theoretical basis and guidance.In terms of application,this paper analyzes the application of process characteristics in driving handover task,and obtains the corresponding operation design strategy,so as to enhance the safety perception of users in driving handover task and improve the automatic driving experience. |
