The construction of green ecological industrial park and the completion of the reasonable layout of industrial park buildings are important measures to realize the healthy,applicable and efficient use of the industrial park,and the harmonious coexistence with nature,as well as the sustainable development of the industrial park.Because of the climate environment of hot summer and warm winter,as well as the reasons of large area and building area of Industrial Park,it is difficult to get rid of the problem of "high energy consumption and high carbon emission" for industrial park in hot summer and warm winter.Aiming at the green,low-carbon and sustainable development of the building,strengthening the layout design of the Industrial Park building and reducing the energy consumption of the Industrial Park building according to the characteristics of the climate in the hot summer and warm winter area are the important paths to realize the green ecological development of the Industrial Park building in the hot summer and warm winter area.Starting from the three aspects of thermal environment,wind environment and solar radiation environment of industrial park buildings,this research first studies the representative industrial park buildings in the hot summer and warm winter areas,summarizes their common layout forms of industrial park group buildings,then extracts and establishes an abstract model based on this,and then uses the established abstract model of industrial park buildings,The thermal environment,wind environment and solar environment of the Industrial Park building and its layout are simulated.Then,by using the method of "simulation,quantification and comparison" to study and analyze the relevant design conditions of the Industrial Park building heat,wind and solar radiation environment one by one,from which to explore the impact of specific design measures on the building heat,wind and solar radiation environment,and then to obtain a series of design strategy suggestions conducive to the Industrial Park building layout,as a reference to assist the industry in the hot summer and warm winter areas Garden layout design.The first step of this study is to introduce the development background of the concept of green ecological architecture,the relevant research trends and existing research results of industrial park design in hot summer and warm winter areas,establish the research objectives and framework,and make a good start for the smoothdevelopment of this study;second,discuss the importance of layout design for the development of green ecological architecture,and summarize the hot summer and warm winter The principles and key points of the architectural layout design of industrial parks in warm areas;the development process and current development trend and direction of domestic industrial parks are expounded;the characteristics of the architectural layout design of industrial parks in hot summer and warm winter areas are analyzed;the existing problems and difficulties are found in the research;the research methods of simulation quantitative analysis are put forward;the relevant requirements and settings of the research are introduced for the subsequent simulation experiment Third,with the orientation,spacing and height of parallel industrial park layout as variables,the influence of specific design variables on the thermal,wind and solar environment of parallel industrial park layout is discussed;fourth,with the orientation,size and height of enclosed industrial park layout as variables,the specific design variables on the thermal,wind and solar environment of parallel industrial park layout are discussed The influence of solar radiation environment;fifthly,taking the density,stagger degree and freedom degree of hybrid industrial park layout as variables,the paper discusses the influence of specific design variables on the thermal,wind and solar radiation environment of hybrid industrial park layout;sixthly,set the same plot and the same building area,respectively carry out comparative analysis and Research on three layout modes: parallel,enclosed and hybrid;finally The conclusions of the above chapters are summarized to form a series of design strategies for the layout of industrial parks in hot summer and warm winter areas.From the above research and analysis,we can summarize the specific influencing factors of the layout design of industrial park buildings in the hot summer and warm winter areas and draw the corresponding climate design strategies,which can provide some reference for the design practice,so as to help the green ecological health development of industrial park buildings and further realize the national important strategy of sustainable development.
