Energy consumption of buildings occupies a main part in China’s energy consumption, building energy-saving is important for China to achieve energy conservation. Hot summer and moderate winter area in the south of our country where is at the forefront of reform and opening up, the economic of it development rapidly with building energy consumption rising fastly. Building energy efficiency is imperative. Energy conservation is one of the main indicators of green building, aspects of domestic research on green building evaluation more than from the full life-cycle cost perspective to green building energy optimization studies. This paper would just focus on hot summer and moderate winter area with energy savings and economy integrated,green building energy-saving technology to optimize the selection for better economic.This paper first reviews the present situation of the development of building energy efficiency, and analysis the development of green building in our country, describes the concepts and theories of building energy efficiency. Then this paper analyzes energy conservation technologies of buildingsat, such as outdoor walls and windows, roofing, shading and solar energy-saving technologies. Besides, the author makes comparison of enengy conservation index between energy-saving policies in hot summer and moderate winter area and other areas to summarize key points for hot summer and moderate winter area. Then the author conducts researches about energy-saving technologies of buildings applied in hot summer and moderate winter area and draws the trend in this area. Building energy-saving rate and annual case load of buildings. Additionally, the author analyzes the envelope energy technology with orthogonal test to get annual energy consumption of buildings and energy-saving rate of different programs. Via analyzing influence of the energy-saving factors and calculating the energy consumption of energy-saving lamps and common lamps, the author concludes the best energy-saving solution and the most unfavorable one.In hot summer and moderate winter area, external shading coefficient greatest impact on the building’s annual energy consumption, reduce overall building shading coefficient would effectively reduce air conditioning power consumption buildings. From the construction of the entire life cycle perspective, application of green energy technologies will increase the initial cost of building,but able to save operating costs using the stage, overall, the cost of construction can reduce the use of buildings’ cost.This paper from the perspective of the entire life cycle cost analyzed green building energy-saving technology, conducive to building a unit appropriate choice from the perspective of the life cycle cost of energy-saving technologies, conducive to the promotion of green energy technology applications, achieve energy saving and environmental protection.
