Study On The Spatial Planning Of Coordinate Development Of Towns And Villages In KaiHui Town,Changsha

With the increasingly close relationship between towns and villages,the realization of coordinated development of towns and villages has become a key factor to promote the process of coordinated development of urban and rural areas.In the past,the problems of relatively independent development and uneven development of towns and villages were serious.Later,as the interest in towns and villages increased,the development of villages and towns tended to be standardized,and the development path was gradually clear.However,the research and practice of the relationship between towns and villages still need to be improved.It is particularly important to closely integrate the forward-looking and realistic correlation of theory.Therefore,reasonable reconstruction of the benign coupling situation of towns and villages is an important task for the current development of towns and villages.By promoting the efficient and coordinated development of towns and villages,and building a coordinated development system for towns and villages,the integration and stable development of towns and villages can be achieved,and then the urban-rural development process can be promoted.Through sorting out relevant domestic and foreign development studies and case studies of excellent practices in coastal areas,we explored the spatial planning development path for the coordinated development of towns and villages in Kaihui Town.It is proposed that the development of towns and villages in Kaihui Town should take the town and village as a whole,and break the predicament of discussing villages in terms of villages and towns in terms of towns.First,by combing and analyzing the development status of Kaihui Town and its villages,the problems and dilemmas in the process of town and village coordination are found.Then,based on the inspection and evaluation of Kaihui Town’s development conditions and current situation,and then build a town and village development evaluation index system,Obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of each village and make horizontal comparison and analysis,evaluate and classify the development advantages and disadvantages of each village and the development potential.The villages are divided into three types of synergy: integrated cross-integration,tourism-resource-driven and mutual promotion of tourism and agriculture,and corresponding coordinated development areas are constructed to construct the idea of coordinated development of Kaihui Town.Finally,fully explore the characteristics and advantages of each coordinated development zone,and at the same time introduce the theoretical research results such as synergetic theory,human settlement theory,sustainable development theory,etc.,and conduct a spatial collaborative development model study from two aspects: development strategy and physical space,Among them,the development strategy level includes the development positioning,diversified subjects,operation management,and other major collaborative strategies.The physical space level includes the coordinated development measures of industry,transportation,public service facilities,culture and ecology.Summarize and put forward the coordinated development spatial planning strategy of the township and the coordinated development zone of each village,and finally form a situation of cooperative cooperation,balanced support,complementary advantages and joint development of the town and village of Kaihui.The aim is to create a unique town and village development system in Kaihui Town to improve the quality of life and public participation of village and town residents,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the region,and at the same time provide an effective path for the collaborative construction of the same type of village and town system.
