| Noise has gradually become one of the three major pollution p roblems in the world that has attracted the attention of governments and scientific and technological personnel from various countries.The development and application of sound-absorbing materials to create a healthy and quiet environment is of great significance.In this paper,by controlling the aggregate particle size,back cavity,pores,fibers,foaming agent,aggregate type,single-layer and double-layer porous concrete test and tandem structure and other factors,we studied its impact on cement-based sound-absorbing materials in the low-frequency range Influence of sound absorption performance.At the same time,the use of shale ceramsite to replace natural aggregates(sandstones)to prepare inorganic sound-absorbing materials is conducive to environmental improvement,protection and recycling of sandstone resources.Using cement and crushed shale ceramsite,fiber,foaming agent and other additives to prepare environmentally friendly shale ceramsite concrete.The characteristics of sound absorption in the middle and low frequency rang e of cement content,fiber,shale ceramsite particle size,foaming agent,ceramsite test block and series structure of different types of ceramsite test blocks are studied.The results show that the single-grain shale ceramsite concrete has good sound absorp tion performance in the 600 Hz frequency range.When preparing concrete,adding fiber and foaming agent(H2O2)can improve the internal structure of the material and help to improve the sound absorption performance of the material.The overall sound absorption performance of the series structure of ceramsite concrete test blocks of different particle sizes can be compared with the original test.The block is increased by nearly 80%.Cement ceramsite concrete is prepared with cement and clay ceramsite with different particle sizes.The characteristics of sound absorption in the middle and low frequency range of cement dosage,fiber,clay ceramsite particle size,foaming agent,ceramsite test block and the series structure of different types of ceramsite test blocks are studied.The results show that the sound absorption performance of clay ceramsite concrete is better than the sound absorption material prepared by crushing ceramsite.Compared with the shale ceramsite test block,the sound absorption performance isimproved by nearly 50%.The overall sound absorption performance of the block’s tandem structure can be nearly doubled compared to the original test block.The two main process routes are:the first is a porous structure formed by cementing the coarse aggregate through the hardened cement material slurry without adding fine aggregate,thereby forming the microstructure req uired by the sound absorbing material,Make the material have certain sound absorption performance,and improve the sound absorption performance of the material through fiber,foaming agent,tandem structure and other methods.Through optimization experiments,the water-cement ratio is 0.33,the bone-cement ratio is 0.14,and the amount of silica fume and water reducer is 1.5%of the gelling material.The second is the use of uniform and regular round-shaped ceramsite as the aggregate,and the porous structure formed by cementing the coarse aggregate through the hardened cement paste to form the microstructure required by the sound absorbing material,so that the material has Certain sound absorption performance,compare the impact of aggregate particle size,cement content and combination method on the sound absorption performance of the material. |
