| The stainless steel core plate is a brand-new building structure system.Its internal structure is similar to the honeycomb sandwich structure.The stainless steel core plate is composed of two stainless steel panels and orthogonally arranged stainless steel core tubes.Copper brazing technology is used between the core tube and the panel.Connections form a whole.Since the internal structure of the stainless steel core plate is similar to that of the honeycomb sandwich structure,the stainless steel core plate also has many advantages of the honeycomb sandwich structure,such as high strength,light weight,good sound insulation effect,good earthquake resistance and the like.The structural form is relatively simple,the industrial production of the assembly line,and the modular design and construction make the load-bearing members such as beams,plates and columns made of stainless steel core plate structure have high commercial value and use value.At present,the research on large components such as beams,plates and columns in stainless steel core plate components is still not complete,and a lot of work still needs to be done.In this paper,the stainless steel core wall is taken as the research object.The force performance of the component under uniaxial bending is studied by reliable finite element analysis.The specific work is as follows:(1)Introduce the basic situation of the stainless steel core board building system,introduce the advantages,characteristics,extensive application of stainless steel core board and honeycomb board and their research.Overview of recent research on stainless steel and stainless steel components.It summarizes the research situation of recent shear wall bending and various types of column bending.(2)Using Abaqus software to establish 3 sets of 9 stainless steel core plate wall members with different specifications which under pressure and bending,carry out stability analysis,study the failure mode of the member,draw the load-displacement curve of the member,and analyze the whole stress process of the members.Statistical data such as stress and strain are calculated,and relevant mechanical analysis is performed on the results of finite element calculation.(3)Based on the reliable finite element simulation,the force analysis mechanism of the presure and bending performance of the stainless steel wall is analyzed,and the force process and failure principle of the stainless steel core plate under the bending force are understood.(4)Through the analysis of the of the multi-group finite element simulation presure and bengding performance of stainless steel core plate.The influence of the eccentricity,the thickness of the panels,the wall thickness of the core tubes,the outer diameter of the core tubes,the lateral spacing of the core tubes,and the core tube the longitudinal spacing and the aspect ratio of the components were studied on the compressive bending section bearing capacity of the stainless steel wall.(5)With reference to the orthotropic plate-shell theory,combined with a large number of finite element calculation data,the design formula of the section of unidirectional compression and bending of the stainless steel core plate is fitted and derived.And the axial compression stability coefficientφ_N,the pure bending stability coefficientφ_M,theφ_N andφ_M-λ_n curves which considered the local buckling effect of the panel were obtained.the error between the finite element calculation result and the design formula calculation result is small,and the safety and effectiveness of calculation formula for the section bearing capacity of the inline wall of the stainless steel core plate is verified. |
