| China is a large traditional agricultural country.In 2019,the crop planting area reached 2.489 billion mu,and a large amount of biomass straw waste will be produced every year.Its consumption problem has always been a major problem in the rural environment that needs to be resolved.At present,China’s crop straw consumption methods mainly include the six treatment methods of straw burning,raw materialization,fuelization,basic materialization,fodderization and fertilizerization.Among them,the most potential way to consume is feed and fueling,and the largest proportion is straw open burning and fueling,but straw burning will damage the surrounding rural environmental quality,and biomass fuel is prone to slagging during the combustion process,which affects the fuel combustion effect and the life cycle of burning appliances.Therefore,it is necessary to develop new biomass-based carbon-based fuels with controlled combustion,high-concentration carbon gas fertilizer,and fuel slag directly returned to the field that can be used as nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers,which can reduce the negative impact of straw burning and apply it to the greenhouse.Greenhouses supply carbon,gas and nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium elements needed for growth to crops to improve crop quality,fix carbon and reduce emissions.Based on the application of high-value agricultural wastes,through the use of theoretical fusion experiment research methods,the research on new biomass-based carbon-based fuels with rice straw as the main component is carried out.The main research contents are as follows;Through several tentative experiments,the basic fuel preparation process was determined.The preparation process mainly includes industrial waste pretreatment,aggregate component preparation,specific temperature and pressure curing,and finished products.Determine the pretreatment method,addition ratio and addition order of the main components such as rice straw,hardener,curing agent,binder,etc.In the preparation process of biomass-based carbon-filled fuel,select the artificial coal cake mold for demoulding,and finally put it in a 60℃ constant temperature drying oven within 4d,then a fuel sample was prepared.It is preferred to complete the fuel preparation group distribution ratio experiment,keeping the proportion of rice straw components constant and the constant mass ratio of foaming agent,water,foam stabilizer,combustion control agent,and rice straw added at a constant value of7:140:2:5: 40.,The effects of hardener content 0%–5%,hardener content 0%–10% and binder content 0%–5% on combustion characteristic parameters,mechanical key parameters,hydraulic characteristic parameters and ash composition analysis of biomass based fuel were investigated.The experimental results show that for Biomass based carbon supplement fuel with different contents of hardener,when the content of hardener is 0%–5%,the compressive strength range is 25652Pa–34679Pa,when the content of curing agent increases from 0% to 10%.The potassium content in ash increased from 3.23 to 4.74%.When the binder content increases from 0% to 5%,the density of the biomass multifunctional fuel has been improved to a certain extent.The biomass-based carboncompensated fuel developed in this paper not only has a good combustion effect and can be controlled to produce high-concentration carbon gas fertilizer,which has a high density and mechanical strength,but also solidifies the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium elements in the biomass to make the fuel ash instead of directly returning nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizers to the field,improving soil properties and reducing the degree of pollution caused by inorganic fertilizers to the surrounding environment,it has good application prospects in the fields of energy saving and agricultural waste recycling. |
