The development of economy and technology is driving rapid changes in the energy industry,and the sustainable development of energy is an important support for economic growth and scientific technological progress.With the implementation of China’s energy revolution and energy pol icy,power systems with high proportion of renewable energy sources have become an important carriers in new energy systems.Distribution generation(DG),as a typical application of renewable energy grid-connected,has different output characteristics due to the influence of renewable energy itself.Therefore,its installation location,capacity and type in the distribution network have an important impact on the stable operation and economy of the power system.With the continuous increase of DG penetration rate in the power system,the severe consumption situation of the system has also attracted people’s attention.In the case of high proportion distributed generation grid-connected,the phenomenon of wind and light abandonment caused by insufficient network capacity is becoming increasingly serious.This paper mainly studies the problem of DG optimal allocation considering the coordinated consumption and operation of transmission and distribution networks,that is,the DG redundant power in the distribution network is sent to the upper-level transmission network for full consumption.The results of the calculation examples show that the method proposed in this paper is of great significance to improve the low utilization and consumption rate of renewable energy.This paper focuses on the problem of DG optimal allocation to promote the consumption and utilization of high proportion of renewable energy,which has made the following researches:(1)This paper introduces the rapid development of renewable energy in recent years and the severe consumption situation in China;then the research status and the main problems of renewable energy grid-connected planning is summarized;besides the basic concept and classification of distribution generation is expounded,and its impact on the distribution network in many aspects is analyzed.(2)The widely used photovoltaic power,wind power,and several common load types in the distribution network are taken as examples to analyz es time sequence,the concept and calculation method of DG consumption power and redundant power is elaborated,as well as the processing of the consumption power and the export method of redundant power in the transmission and distribution network;(3)Aiming at the consumption problem of high penetration rate DG output,a DG optimization model under the background of redundant power exported considering transmission and distribution coordination is built.By simulating the built model,the obtained result provides a reference for DG optimization configuration method of promoting the efficient consumption and utilization of renewable energy.(4)On this basis,a dedicated channel is proposed for redundant power export,and the DG planning problem consider the transmission and distribution coordination under the background of the construction of the transmission channel is discussed.After that the actual example system is used to simulate and optimize the DG optimal configuration model,the DG optimal configuration method proposed in this paper is verified,which is of great significance to improve the acceptance capacity of the system to DG,realize the full consumption of high permeability DG output and the coordinated operation of the system.
