Energy is the foundation of contemporary industrial structure,energy conservation and environmental protection has become a global theme.As an important energy conversion device in industrial life,motor energy-saving control has undoubtedly become a hot spot of motor control.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in ship,servo,aerospace and other fields because of its advantages such as high unit mass to power ratio,small rotor temperature rise,light rotor structure,fast dynamic response and simple structure.In traditional control methods,PMSM has additional power loss such as copper loss,iron loss and mechanical loss,which reduces its operation efficiency.In this paper,for the loss model of PMSM,an optimal control algorithm of PMSM efficiency based on loss model observer is proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of PMSM efficiency optimization control algorithm at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.The principle of PMSM vector control is also introduced in detail,which lays the foundation for the later research.Then two most widely used PMSM efficiency optimization control algorithms,the maximum torque current ratio control method and the minimum loss control method,was introduced.The simulation system of two efficiency optimization control algorithms is built in Simulink to verify its effectiveness.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared,and then a new efficiency optimization control algorithm combining the advantages of the two methods is proposed.The simulation system of the proposed PMSM efficiency optimization control algorithm is built in Simulink.The simulation results show that this method has good dynamic performance,and can effectively optimize the operation efficiency of PMSM.For lower torque given,the system is closer to MTPA method,resulting in fast drive dynamic response.For higher torque given,in the case of high total power loss,the system class is close to LMC control,reducing the motor loss.Finally,aiming at the problem of the influence of the parameter change on the efficiency optimization in PMSM loss model,an efficiency optimization control algorithm based on loss model observer is proposed.At the same time,the influence of dead time effect on parameter identification is analyzed,and the compensation method is given.The loss model observer can identify the parameters of the current loss model online and update the parameters of the current loss model.This method suppresses the influence of the loss model parameters on the efficiency optimization control algorithm,improves the robustness of the efficiency optimization control algorithm,and improves the operation efficiency of PMSM control system.The simulation system of efficiency optimization control algorithm based on loss model observer is built in Simulink,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by the simulation test results.
