Research On The Design Of External Space In Advanced Business Park From The Perspective Of User Behavior

With the deepening of globalization,economic competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to accelerate the upgrading of cities and stimulate the development of regional cooperation,Headquarters economy has emerged as a new economic form which is defined as a region uses its special high-quality resources to attract corporate headquarters to gather and to separate the production base to the surrounding area.As the main users of the external space of The Advanced Business Park,people’s behavior is a standard to measure the design quality of the external space of the building.This article is going to study and analyze the relationship between their various needs and mobility,and explore the corresponding design strategies and methods based on this,so that the external space of the headquarters base building can better meet the needs of users,and thus attract more new users.This article mainly studies through the following aspects.First of all,the article put forwards a proposition by combing the research background,research content and related concepts,and summarized the relevant theories of exterior space design used in the article.Based on that,the article formulated the research content,methods and framework.Secondly,this article summarized the development history and characteristics at home and abroad,and analyzed of the characteristics of The Advanced Business Park,then combined with domestic and foreign related research and practical case comparison studies,the article analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies in the external space of buildings.Furthermore,the author designed the investigation plan and selected three The Advanced Business Park in Changsha for external space investigation and behavior investigation.According the classification and evaluation of the external spatial form of The Advanced Business Park and the analysis of user behavior types,behavior characteristics and behavior distribution,this article summarized the user’s real demand for the external space of the Advanced Business Park’s building.Finally,the article took the behavior characteristics and preferences of specific users serving the headquarters as the starting point,and proposed appropriate design strategies and methods for users’ real demands of the external space of the Advanced Business Park.Then the article applied the design strategies and methods to practice for testing.
