Crankshaft bearing system of internal combustion engine is mainly composed of crankshaft and crankshaft bearing.Crankshaft and crankshaft bearing are the main moving parts and friction pairs of internal combustion engine.At present,scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of research results in the field of crankshaft bearing system dynamics and tribology,such as the influence of crankshaft torsional vibration on the system in dynamics,the influence of thermal effect on bearing lubrication performance in tribology,etc.For the crankshaft bearing system,the coupling between dynamics and tribology is an important factor affecting the operation of internal combustion engine.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the coupling effect between dynamics and tribology on the lubrication performance of crankshaft bearing system.In this paper,the straight shaft bearing system and the crankshaft bearing system of a four cylinder diesel engine are studied.The research content mainly includes:1.Dynamic and Tribological coupling analysis of the straight shaft bearing system considering the axial movement of the Journal.ADAMS software is used for the dynamic simulation of the straight shaft bearing system,Reynolds boundary condition is used for the lubrication analysis of the bearing,and MATLAB / Simulink software is used for the coupling analysis of the two.Considering the influence of journal axial movement and journal inclination,the maximum oil film pressure,friction force,friction coefficient and end discharge of the bearing are calculated and analyzed.Compared with the case without axial movement,the lubrication performance of the bearing has obvious change after taking into account the axial movement.Therefore,when analyzing the lubrication performance of the bearing,the influence of the axial movement must be considered.2.Coupling analysis of dynamics and Tribology of crankshaft bearing system considering the axial movement of crankshaftIn this paper,UG software is used to model and ADAMS software is imported to carry out dynamic calculation to obtain the inclination angle of each journal of crankshaft.The lubrication analysis is carried out for the main bearing of crankshaft which is included in the axial movement and journal inclination of crankshaft under different working conditions of internal combustion engine.Compared with the case when the axial movement is not considered,the maximum oil film pressure of each main bearing of crankshaft changes to some extent,while the minimum oil film thickness changes after the axial movement is considered Not much.
