| As the society continues to develop,building materials,production,construction,and software-assisted design techniques have made great progress.The contemporary building skin has been separated from the Euclidean geometry,presenting a richer and more diverse form,balanced,stable,and symmetrical.The unification of these traditional architectural design rules can no longer reflect the needs of the culture and spirit of the new era,and instead emerges new forms of architecture characterized by momentum,change and complexity.This research starts from the concept and development process of nonlinear building skin,combs its related theory and technical implementation methods,and classifies the nonlinear skin according to the shape characteristics: straight grain geometric surface skin,regular hyperboloid skin,free hyperboloid skin,Four basic types of folding and splitting skins are classified;the key points of morphological analysis and design deepening such as curvature and continuity analysis,construction optimization,grid optimization,structural frame optimization,etc.of nonlinear skin are classified and summarized.The application of digital technology and parametric design in nonlinear skin modeling,morphological analysis and deepening design process is also studied.Finally,the author combines parametric design and building information with the actual project cases such as Taihe Central Square Club,Haihuadao Transportation Hub,Jinan Lixia District Business Service Center and Kexing Science and Technology Park Building D,which were involved in the design of the design institute.Model tool(BIM)means in-depth analysis and research on the shape logic,structural characteristics,grid optimization,detailed structure,and design deepening of the four types of nonlinear skin.This paper summarizes the types of nonlinear skins and combines them into the in-depth study of actual engineering project cases.It has great reference value for the modeling and detailed design of nonlinear building skins. |
