The problem of capital in the process of enterprise operation has become a difficult problem for the development of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in China.The operation coordination of enterprises determines the operation direction of enterprises and the inflow and outflow of funds,which are the important reasons for most enterprises to close down.Therefore,the reasonable adjustment of the enterprise operation coordination,can better promote the enterprise operation and development.On the basis of in-depth analysis of relevant theories and literatures on operation coordination,this paper takes company Y,which is mainly responsible for operation lease management of expressway service area in S province,as a case study to study the non-coordination factors in the operation process of this enterprise and the reasons for its formation.This paper analyzes the operation coordination of enterprises from the perspectives of operation and capital dynamics in order to analyze the problems of enterprise operation coordination.In view of the characteristics of the expressway industry of the case enterprise in this paper,the capital has a long cycle period,so the enterprise must maintain the capital efficiency of smooth circulation,so as to make the expressway industry healthy and good operation.As a small and medium-sized state-owned enterprise,if its operation goes wrong,it will not only face the risk of bankruptcy,but also damage the economic interests of relevant enterprises in the upstream and downstream.The fundamental reason for the uncoordinated operation is the problem of operation strategy and the rationality of capital distribution,and the reasonable and stable coordination of capital operation is a strong guarantee for the realization of enterprise value creation.Therefore,in this case,it is necessary to analyze the operational coordination of smes and judge the risk level of their working capital.Prose based on this purpose,the main content of this article is based on the analysis of the Y company’s operation and the dynamic two aspects of funds,to analyze its operation coordination,and the problems cause analysis,summed up the Y company not harmonious factor lies in the enterprise internal management is not standard to capital,a large number of accounts receivable and idle funds,the paper finally put forward a feasible improvement Suggestions and countermeasures,the concrete was divided into two aspects of internal management and optimization,and emphasized in the modern enterprises should strengthen the management coordination analysis method of the application and popularization,attach importance to the construction of enterprise management accounting,In order to make company Y better to make forward-looking strategic decisions,to achieve the enterprise value creation.
