And I’m going to use it to create a real "home," a "home" that meets the functional needs of everyday life and is fun at the same time.In the rapid development of the economy today,small homes are still loved by people.Not only because of low price,daily life is convenient and clean,and small residence can have the furniture combination with rich and practical function partition likewise,convenient and novel.Although the small residential land area is limited,but can be more convenient,according to the local conditions of the design of the unique residential area,the function of one is not a few.This project adopts the design concept of "modular" and "tree-shaped house" in the design of small residence in Makino lake phase Ⅱ,aiming to create a residence that integrates with the environment and is full of "vitality" and can "grow".To create a house between the city,architecture and human body,but also between nature.From a distance,it looks like a stack of square boxes stacked on top of each other,in the form of light steel buildings that are stacked on top of each other.And "modular" indoor space layout is just like a jigsaw puzzle to the interior of each functional partition split,each functional partition scattered up and down and connected by stairs,full of fun;The flow space running through the interior and exterior of the building introduces the external environment into the interior through the form of glass curtain wall in the exterior of the building and no partition wall in the interior,changing the scene with different views at each part of the house.Will the residence and the natural environment photograph fusion,makes the feeling in the scene,the scene blends the immersive residence.When the night falls,draw the curtain and ensure the privacy of the residence.Combine these: the functional partitions are scattered up and down like "tree trunks" and "leaves",and the light steel structure with the glass curtain wall acts as a greenhouse to protect the "trees" and provide sufficient natural light,allowing everything inside to grow healthily.In the scheme,the strong tolerance of the white department itself is used to balance the colors and materials of various objects in different indoor Spaces,so as to render the interior colors to the external environment.The transformation of four seasons of Makino lake Ⅱ is the indoor color,and brings people quiet,comfortable,tranquil psychological enjoyment.Makino lake phase Ⅱ,located in the eastern part of Xinxiang city,is an urban cultural and ecological landscape built in Xinxiang city.Surrounded by a forest of universities,leisure and other large shopping plaza also have everything.This project will transform and plan the houses built by the people in west Makino village on the east side of Makino lake phase Ⅱ,and put forward design Suggestions for the abandoned factory building on the west side,so as to create a small residential design with beautiful environment and comfortable living. |
