In recent years,shape memory alloys have been introduced into the field of energy dissipation and shock absorption technology due to their superelasticity and high damping force.This paper refers to Zhou Yun’s idea based on "multiple energy consumption mechanisms jointly consume energy",combined with the resetting ability,a new type of tube self-resetting SMA-friction damper(TRSFD)with both self-resetting and high energy consumption was proposed,theoretical analysis and experimental research were adopted.Combined with numerical simulation to carry out related research.The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The background and significance of the topic selection,the structure vibration control theory,the research and application of energy dissipation technology and the research and application of shape memory alloys in energy dissipation are explained first;the second is the description of the SMA shape memory effect(SME),hyperelasticity(PE),and high damping effects.Several typical phenomenological constitutive models of SMA are summarized.Finally,the structure of this paper is analyzed and the content of each chapter of this paper is explained.(2)The material mechanical performance test of the new cylindrical self-resetting SMA-friction damper was carried out.First,the effects of the number of cycles,strain amplitude,and loading rate on the hysteresis curve and mechanical performance parameters of the SMA were compared and summarized.The effect of these three factors on the mechanical properties of SMA wire.Relevant mechanical parameters required for SMA wire finite element simulation were determined,and the simulation curve and test curve of the SMA hyperelastic constitutive model included in ANSYS Workbench were compared and analyzed.It can be found that the Auricchio constitutive model included in the program can perform better.Describe the actual mechanical properties of SMA.In addition,the friction coefficient between Q235 steel and asbestos sheet was measured to be 0.55,which provided the basis for the development of the damper and the establishment of the finite element model in the next step.(3)Developed a new barrel self-resetting SMA-friction damper with both selfresetting and high energy consumption.The mechanical properties of TRSFD were studied experimentally,and the effects of displacement amplitude and loading speed on the TRSFD hysteresis curve and mechanical performance parameters were investigated.The numerical simulation of TRSFD using ANSYS finite element analysis software and comparison with the experimental results show that the finite element simulation curves of TRSFD and the experimental curves are in good agreement.Furthermore,the parametric analysis of TRSFD was carried out,and the effects of three factors including pretension,friction unit output and SMA wire diameter on the TRSFD hysteresis curve and mechanical properties were studied.(4)A parallel mechanical model of TRSFD is proposed.Comparing the simulation superposition curve of SMA unit and friction unit and the simulation curve of TRSFD: The two basically overlap,indicating that the mechanical model of TRSFD is reasonably accurate by superimposing the behavior of friction unit and superelastic SMA wire unit,which validates the parallel model Correctness.(5)Three types of TRSFD layout conditions are set up.The energy consumption and self-reset performance of steel frame structures with TRSFD installed under different and different layout conditions are analyzed elastoplastic time history,and different layout conditions are compared.Impact on the seismic performance of steel frame structures.The results show that the layout will affect the structure control effect.TRSFD can effectively reduce the structural displacement and residual displacement of the structure,but the control effect on speed and acceleration is average.Under the action of large earthquakes,the installation of TRSFD can effectively control the structural response.Within the elastic range,a better vibration control effect is achieved.
