Affected by natural disasters such as freezing rain and snow disasters,the power grid system in many places in China,especially in the southwest mountainous areas,is deeply troubled by the problem of ice coating on transmission lines.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing de-icing technologies at home and abroad,a deicing device suitable for 10 k V transmission lines in the southwest mountainous region was designed.This paper aims at efficient deicing and effective anti-icing,and puts forward a new concept of de-icing and anti-icing which is "mainly de-icing,supplemented by anti-icing,combined with de-icing and anti-icing".Using the method of modular design and the combination of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,the design of the overall structure of the de-icing device,the body mechanism,the deicing mechanism,the anti-freeze spraying mechanism and the control system are described in detail,and the de-icing device is calculated Analysis.First,this article designs the overall structure of the de-icing device and builds a three-dimensional model of each mechanism.Three different de-icing mechanisms are designed for different cable ice coating conditions.In order to prevent the secondary icing of the de-iced cable,an anti-freeze spraying mechanism that can spray anti-freeze liquid on the cable is designed.Considering that the de-icing device operates in the southwest mountainous area with complicated terrain,it is equipped with a braking mechanism.In view of the complex and ever-changing climatic environment in the southwest mountainous area,in order to solve the problem of insulation protection for cable de-icing devices,suitable insulation materials and processes were selected.Then,the theoretical calculation and analysis of the key components of the de-icing device were completed,the design and verification of the key components and the calculation of the nozzle fluid were completed.Using ANSYS and Adams software to carry out finite element and motion simulation analysis of the deicing device,through the stress and strain analysis of the parts and the simulation of the operation state of the deicing device.Finally,according to the working characteristics and control content of the de-icing device,a control system design based on NI Compact RIO is carried out.Completed the functional analysis of the deicing device control system,and made a detailed design description of the deicing device control system from both software and hardware aspects.The configuration of the computer,I/O module,embedded controller and chassis are given.The block diagram of the control system is drawn.
