With the development of economic globalization and the advancement of science and technology,people’s living standards have been improving.The major of HVAC is presenting a new-developing trend,but the theme of HVAC are still energy conservation,sustainable development and people-oriented.In this paper,According to the heat released by the high-radiation heat equipment in the industrial worksh op which cause some problems including damage to human health,leading to equipment failure,and a large amount of energy waste.The paper proposed a cooling and waste heat recovery system in workshop with high-radiation heat,which can isolate heat source by a heat shield to reduce the internal temperature of the workshop,and recycle the high-radiation heat simultaneously to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and recycling.The paper established a physical model of the heat shield,analyze d the energy balance and efficiency of the cooling and waste heat recovery system in workshop with high-radiation heat systematically by the heat transfer theory,and proved the heat source?s surface temperature,the stability of indoor temperature,the capacity of waste heat recovery through writing the experimental plan and establishing the experimental platform.The results showed that the heat source?s surface temperature can reach 450 ℃ in the finally stabilized time;the temperature of the same measurement point in the room was 29~51℃ lower when the system was built than the system was not built.The outlet water temperature of the heat shield can reach 42.86~76.81 ℃ and the average heat recovery efficiency can reach 72.73% by keeping the inlet water temperature of the heat shield in the system at 20 ℃ and the mass flow rate at 0.02~0.05kg/s.The results indicated that the system?s heat insulation effect and waste heat recovery capacity were excellent.At the same time,in order to prove the rationality and scientificity of the experiment,the paper used ICEM and Fluent software to calculate numerical simulation and compared the heat source?s surface temperature,the stability of indoor temperature and the capacity of waste heat recovery with the experiment.The results showed that the simulation?s conclusion was basically consistent with the experimental conclusion,and in the finally stabilized time,the heat source?s surface temperature was 5℃ differed,the temperature difference of eac h measurement point was within the rage of 0~6 ℃,the maximum difference of the outlet water temperature of the heat shield was 1.77℃,the relative error of the heat recovery efficiency was within the rage of 5%,which further manifested that the system had a good ability to reduce the temperature of the workshop and recover waste heat.
