| With the continuous development of the social economy,human beings have gradually entered the era of experience economy.When consumers consume goods,they gradually shift from paying attention to the functional value of products to emotional value.As far as the service industry is concerned,the object of consumers consume is service.Consumers pay more attention to the emotional and social experience of the service process,and enhance the value of life by enriching the experience.Tourism is the branch that best reflects the value of experience in the service industry.Visitors can enrich their unforgettable tourism,gain experience,enrich their experience,enhance their sense of presence,provide positive emotions,and ultimately enhance their own happiness.The paper studies the relationship between cruise travel experience,tourists’ subjective well-being and tourists’ post-tour behaviors,which helps cruise travel managers to understand the positive impact of cruises on consumers,more effectively create a cruise travel service experience environment,and enrich the social value of cruise tourism.At the same time,it can better understand the emotional needs and changes of tourists participating in cruise tourism,and ultimately help visitors to get richer emotional and satisfaction experience,and also become active enjoyrs and communicators of cruise tourism.Based on the analysis of consumer value theory,behavior theory,tourism experience theory and value co-creation theory,the thesis explores the relationship between cruise experience,happiness and tourists’ post-tour behavior and their relevance.The main research process includes literature analysis,formation of targeted questionnaire of survey,SPSS statistical analysis of data,using AMOS software to construct the structural equations of the relationship between the three variables of cruise passengers,through factor analysis to organize the connotation and dimension of cruise tourism experienceelements,subjective well-being,post-tour behavior;through the descriptive statistical analysis to dissect the relationship between the three variables of the cruiser’s sociological characteristics.The variance analysis is used to further analyze the influence of demographic characteristics on the three variables,and then the correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between the three variables.Finally,using structural equations to verify the causality of the above relationship.Studies have shown that many dimensions of the cruise tourism experience have an impact on the subjective well-being of tourists.The performance is to reduce the negative emotions of tourists and enhance positive emotions.At the same time,it enhances the willingness of propaganda,willingness to revisit and the willingness of feedback.The satisfaction of tourists rises stimulates their willingness to promote and revisit.Based on this,suggestions were made for the improvement of cruise tourism services,including the improvement of cruise tourism experience elements,the promotion of cruise tourism happiness and the encouragement of tourists’ behavior after the tour. |
