The corrugated steel plate shear wall is a new type of lateral resistance member developed on the basis of the flat steel plate shear wall,which improves the weakness of out-of-plane stiffness,poor deformation ability and low bearing capacity of the flat steel plate.At the same time,the structural system has the advantages of large lateral stiffness,high bearing capacity,good hysteretic performance,good ductility and energy dissipation capacity.The corrugated steel plate shear wall is composed of restrained edge members and embedded corrugated steel plate.The embedded corrugated steel plate has larger out-of-plane stiffness.It can be divided into transverse corrugated steel plate shear wall and vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall according to the different orientation of the waveform.In this paper,experimental study,finite element analysis and theoretical analysis are combined to study the lateral stiffness,bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,ductility of corrugated steel plate shear wall,stiffness matching relation between restrained edge members and embedded steel plate.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In order to study the seismic performance of corrugated steel plate shear walls,three low-cycle reciprocating loading tests of 1:2 scale specimens were completed.The experimental phenomena and failure characteristics of the specimens were observed.The mechanical characteristics of the specimens,such as hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,yield load and displacement,ductility and energy dissipation capacity,stiffness and load degradation,were analyzed.The results show that compared with flat steel plate shear wall,corrugated steel plate shear wall has larger initial stiffness,higherbearing capacity,better ductility,stable energy dissipation capacity and stronger plastic deformation capacity,exhibiting better seismic performance.The corrugated steel plate shear wall has better seismic performance,and the seismic performance of the transverse corrugated steel plate shear wall and the vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall is similar.(2)Steel plate shear wall has a great dependence on restrained edge members.All three specimens are destroyed due to the weak out-of-plane stiffness of H-shaped steel columns.The stiffness matching between restrained edge members and embedded steel plates plays an important role in the seismic performance of embedded steel plates.When the stiffness of restrained edge members and embedded steel plates matches reasonably,the bearing capacity and ductility of the three pure steel plate shear walls are better,and the transverse corrugated steel plate shear walls have the best bearing capacity and ductility than vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall and flat steel plate shear wall.(3)Comparing the finite element simulation results with the test results,it is proved that the corrugated steel plate shear wall simulating and analyzing methods is reliability by using ABAQUS finite element software.On this basis,the variable parameters of corrugated steel plate shear wall are studied.The results exhibits that the initial lateral stiffness of corrugated steel plate shear wall is basically the same whether the thickness ratio and wave angle of corrugated steel plate shear wall are different,which shows that the thickness and wave angle of corrugated steel plate have little influence on the lateral stiffness of shear wall.The axial compression ratio has a little impact on the bearing capacity of corrugated steel plate shear wall.But the influence of axial compression ratio on ductility of steel plate shear walls is greater.
