| With the ever-changing opportunities and challenges faced by construction enterprises under the “new normal” phenomena of China’s economy,the competition among construction enterprises is becoming more and more serious.The internal control of construction enterprises has increasingly become the focus of enterprise development.Upgrade internal control management will become an important factor for the sustainable development of the company.A good internal control evaluation is the key guarantee for improving the internal control of the enterprise.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the research of the internal control evaluation of enterprises.This paper takes large-sized state-owned H construction enterprise as the research object.This paper combines internal control management,internal control evaluation theory that have researched results,through the analysis of internal control status of the H construction enterprise,cum with questionnaires survey,quantitative models and induction methodology and etc.,to formulate the internal control evaluation index system of H Construction Enterprises,to determine the weight average of index system and sets standards for internal control defects.Based on the scoring result from the experts,the internal control of H Construction Enterprises is being quantitatively evaluated,and the internal control scoring result of H Construction Enterprises is being analyzed;for the problems found,suggestions and measures are proposed from the institutional and business perspective.Finally,this paper summarizes the conclusion of the internal control work of the H Construction Enterprises,and puts forward the future prospective for further research.Through the internal control evaluation research of H Construction Enterprise,it is found that the internal control evaluation system can fully reflect the problem of the internal control of the enterprise,and can derive the optimized management mode,thus ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control and solving the defect on the internal control evaluation,improve the overall management level of the H Construction Enterprises;help H Construction Enterprises to form a more scientific and systematic internal control,and also provide benchmark for the internal control evaluation for the state-owned construction industry in China. |
