| Market-oriented reformation has always been an important strategy for economic restructuring in China.With the continuous improvement of the economic structure and the deepening of the innovation of electric power system,the open and orderly competition system of the electric power market is gradually established,which will certainly bring great influence to the whole electric power industry.The internal control ability level of enterprises is a key factor influencing enterprises to survive in the increasingly competitive environment.The internal management of enterprises is the core of financial management,and good internal controls is a key to risks management.If the ability of internal control is insufficient,the emergence of variant factors will occur during the production and operation,and normally leads to blockers of development with huge losses.The electric power system innovation is crucial and essential to accelerate the development of electric power industry and the industrial restructuring under current economic conditions.A continuously improving internal control system is not only foundation to risks managements in a power supply company,but also a decisive factor to win in the fierce competition as a power supply company.In recent years,due to the effect of macroenvironment and microenvironment,the power supply companies in China have been through external environment changes and should pay more attention to the internal management on a more granular level during operating processes.Means only by strengthening the internal controls in the company and improving the root cause management,the adverse effects due to external environmental factors can be well managed.CY power supply bureau of GD power grid company,which is at the frontline of reforming and opening,established and designed the company internal control system early in order to cope with the changing external operating environment.However,under the constantly changes and complex business development,CY power supply bureau has existing internal control system,but during implementation,many deficiencies and problemsare gradually exposed,which need to be improved and optimized one by one.This article is based on the analysis of the predecessors’ researches,and based on the related theory of internal control system to establish a detailed overview of related principles,by using thematic approach and diagnostic approach to analyse the status quo of GD power grid company,CY power supply bureau in internal controls;provide more analysis on the root causes for existing questions found in power supply bureau of GD power grid company.By putting forward optimization suggestions for internal control management,with implementation of optimization policies,the internal control system of CY will be continuously improved in risks management which is sustainable to the company and the system can be implemented in similar power supply companies and provide references for the establishment of their internal control system. |
