Research On Internal Control Of The Y Power Company Based On The ERP System

The 15^th5-Years-Plan The fourteenth five year plan points out that it is necessary to promote China’s industrial digital informatization,master the core technology,and improve the supply chain management.With the development of the times,ERP system is widely used as a manage software in enterprises.It creates an information environment and has an important impact on the traditional internal control of enterprises.At present,the research on internal control in ERP environment of electric power industry is less and less specific,which is limited to ERP system itself or a part of internal control,and the relevant countermeasures are floating on the surface,so it is difficult to determine the internal control problems qualitatively and quantitatively.Therefore,it is necessary to study and enrich the specific content of internal control under the ERP information environment,and put forward optimization measures for enterprises,so as to better promote the development of made in China into intelligent manufacturing in China.This thesis takes y power company of a power group as an example,analyzes its digital information process of ERP system application for many years by using literature reading method and field research method,and summarizes the general impact of ERP information environment on its internal control status.Then,using the questionnaire survey method to obtain the relevant data,the AHP model is established to analyze the weight of the internal control elements of Y power company under the ERP environment,and the conclusion that the control focus is on the internal environment and control activities is drawn;Then the fuzzy evaluation model is established to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control,and it is concluded that the effect of internal control is better and needs to be improved.The main defects are:poor personalization of ERP system,lack of daily evaluation activities of internal control and so on.Finally,using the system analysis method,this thesis analyzes the causes of the defects,and puts forward some optimization suggestions,such as strengthening the function of ERP system and increasing the daily evaluation mechanism.In this thesis,the"AHP-Fuzzy"model is used to solve the problems that the key points of internal control are difficult to quantify and the effectiveness of internal control is difficult to determine under the ERP environment.We hope that we can broaden the vision of internal control while analyzing and finding the defects of ERP system;While putting forward optimization suggestions for y power company,it can also summarize application experience for the group and related industries,bring a new interpretation to the internal control in today’s information environment,and make an important contribution to the future development of digital information.
