| With the rapid development of social economy,the era of "shortage" has pas sed,and now there is a phenomenon of excess product,which runs counter to the green design and ecological design concepts advocated by contemporary development.The function determines the value of the product,but its poor ductility and low utilization rate result in the product being shelved,especially for companion products,which causes a great waste of resources.The reason is not difficult to see that function extension plays a very important role in improving this phenomenon.Therefore,whether it is from the aspect of product competition or the characteristics of social development,the importance of product multi-functional integration design is selfevident.Therefore,enterprises and scholars also pay more and more attention to the research and application of design methods.However,focusing on the research of multifunctional design of companion products,its current focus is mainly on the structure,color and other aspects,and there is relatively little theoretical research on the use function and service life of the product.This study attempts to study the multi-function fusion problem under the multi-user needs of companion products from the perspective of function extension,so as to obtain a reliable and feasible function fusion design method mode.The research mainly includes the following three parts:Firstly: building a user research model for companion products based on the user research theory.First,driven by the user research theory,the construction of the user research model of companion products is completed.First,conduct multi-user research through user interviews,and then determine the type of user group to be studied;second,through the study of the user group’s life style,to obtain the role of each user group in the development of the target product and establish a relationship graph;and The author analyzes different user groups in terms of physiology,psychology,behavior,etc.,and filters user characteristics,and then builds a feature list separately,and finally obt ains a user feature information list,which is used to obtain a user demand function list.Secondly: establishing a functional analysis system for companion products based on the analysis of users and products.First,based on the analysis of users and products,establish a companion product function analysis system.First of all,on the premise of determining the user feature information list,use the analytic hierarchy process to complete the further screening of the feature information,and then obtain representative user feature information,and finally build the user domain;second,around the target product,complete the determination of the demand functional domain,and Analyze it by functional similarity,and finally obtain the demand function set;furthermore,analyze the existing products to construct the demand function list;finally,based on the demand function list,use the KANO model to complete the quantification of each demand function.Thirdly: establishing the design of functional integration and screening methods of companion products.It is established by the creation and selection of multi-functional fusion design.First,the number of functions of the multi-functional fusion scheme is determined under the investigation of the number of f unctions of existing products.Second,the mathematical model is used to obtain the collection of multi-functional fusion schemes.Finally,the screening of schemes is completed based on user satisfaction and matching evaluation indicators.Thereby assisti ng in the selection of schemes and guiding design.This study takes the stroller research as an example to verify the scientificity and effectiveness of the design model.The set of plans established in conjunction with the case is intended to provide desi gn reference and open up ideas,while improving its idle problem and reducing waste of resources. |
