| The roads in the area of Shanghai Historical and Cultural Features are precious resources for the protection of the city’s historical features and the innovation and practice of characteristic roads.Double repair and fine management in the city at present,to improve the quality of road space,and the original true and completeness of the historical and cultural city environment,this article takes West Nanjing Road Historical and Cultural Area as an example,choose 18 road in the area as the research object,combine factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process,the combination of exploring to establish a set of qualitative quantitative evaluation index system of historic district road pedestrian experience,using the method of subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment to determine weights;A variety of data acquisition methods were used to investigate the pedestrian space of the road in detail,and the evaluation system was used to systematically evaluate the status quo of the roads in the areas with historical features.It can enrich and supplement the existing theory of pedestrian space,and provide reference for urban road pedestrian space design and urban renewal.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on literature research,investigation and heald tourists questionnaire survey data,select the evaluation system,a total of 25 factor,the factors as dimension description using the factor analysis method after get three principal components,the main ingredient in naming and three secondary index is obtained by regression analysis and 12 three-level index weight.After AHP was used to construct judgment matrix,expert scoring method,consistency test and other steps,and the weight of factor analysis method was further modified.The order of importance of the two weighting methods was historical and humanistic characteristics and aesthetics(0.4095)> comfort(0.3716)>safety(0.2190).(2)Score and evaluate 18 roads in the area based on the development of evaluation system and scoring standards.The results show that the comprehensive level of walking experience in the West Nanjing Road Historical and Cultural Area is level III(middle),with general level.Among the 18 roads,only 1 road of grade I(excellent)is West Nanjing Road,6 roads of grade II(good),6 roads of grade III(middle)and 5 roads of grade IV(poor).There were 11 above average roads and seven below average.For different types of roads,the comprehensive level of walking experience is ranked as residential road > comprehensive road >commercial road.For the 8 scenic protection roads,one road is rated as level I(excellent),four roads are rated as level II(good),three roads are rated as level III(medium),and the overall average level is rated as level II(good).(3)Based on the further analysis of the current situation of the road in the West Nanjing Road Historical and Cultural Area,the optimization and reconstruction strategies are proposed for the road pedestrian experience in the area from three aspects.Second,create a more comfortable walking environment by increasing recreation facilities,widening pedestrian passage and creating landscape nodes;Thirdly,the historical atmosphere is enhanced by the application of historical elements of facilities and the extraction of historical features and features of the interface.The boundary wall is opened through the interface of softening walls.The historical perception is strengthened by going deep into streets and alleys and "entering" buildings with emerging technologies. |
