| Territorial planning is the guide and blueprint to realize sustainable development.As an important land space to provide security for production and living,the precise layout of urban space lays the foundation for realizing sustainable development of human beings.In the new era,the reconstruction of urban spatial pattern in China is facing challenges.How to solve the problem of optimizing the layout of urban space quantitatively is the key to realize the precise layout of urban space.This paper proposed a set of quantitative analysis methods of urban spatial layout,and selected Quanzhou city as the research area to carry out quantitative research on the precise urban spatial layout.The main research results are as follows:(1)The research progress of urban space optimization degree evaluation is systematically summarized,including the two aspects which were urban space layout and the urban function oriented"double evaluation"methods.The research showed that the evaluation system and the evaluation scale with rasterization and refinement still needed to be further strengthened,so as to serve urban space layout more accurately.(2)Based on the concept of"double evaluation"of territorial planning,to fully embody the characteristics of the directivity,the accuracy and rationality,we put forward a set of the urban function oriented"double evaluation"methods serving for the urban space precise layout,with 20 key indicators in 8 major areas covering resources,environment,ecology,disasters,population agglomeration,economic development,location advantage and transportation advantages factors.The research scale was 30×30 meters block unit.The results were consistent with the positioning of main functional regions,the master plan and status quo of urban spatial layout,which showed that the research method was reasonable and scientific.(3)The area suitable for urban space of quanzhou city was 1402.61km~2,with a development intensity of about 13%.The area suitable for urban space were mainly distributed in 8 districts(cities and counties)in the southeast,including licheng district,fengze district,jinjiang city and shishi city,in which the comprehensive level of carrying capacity of urban resources and environment and suitability of urban construction were high.(4)The key development zones of Quanzhou city had the higher level of potential for urban expansion than the optimized development zones and the key ecological function zones,in which Luojiang district was the highest one.The level of urban expansion potential of optimized development zone was medium,in which urban expansion potential of Fengze district was higher than that of Licheng district.The level of expansion potential in key ecological function areas was generally low,and the urban space of towns in Anxi county andDehua county was recommended be reduced and the urban function of two places should be weakened.(5)The key development zone of quanzhou city is an important expansion zone of urban space,with the 895.28km~2 expansible area and 20%expansible development intensity.The urban expansion space of the optimized development zone is limited but full of vitality,withhe 38.85km~2 expansible area and 21%expansible development intensity.The area of urban space and development intensity in the key ecological function area were recommended to be reduced by 17.40km~2 and 0.26%respectively. |
