Research On Scheduling Management Of Truck And Trailer Vehicles Based On Sharing Strategy

With the implementation and development of the truck and trailer transport mode in China,the road freight industry as a whole presents a rapid growth trend.At the same time,it also exposes the malpractice of unreasonable allocation of resources and the difficulty of operation and management mechanism to meet the rapid development demand of the road freight industry.Truck and trailer transport enterprises take the freight relationship as the link to form the truck and trailer alliance and implement the sharing strategy,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the freight transport system and reduce the cost of no-load transport.It is an important way to promote the socialized truck and trailer transport in China.Achieving scientific and reasonable scheduling management of truck and trailer vehicles is an important guarantee to promote the implementation of sharing strategy among regional truck and trailer transport enterprises.Therefore,this paper deeply analyses the characteristics of the organization mode of truck and trailer transport and vehicle scheduling management under the sharing strategy,and studies its scheduling management problem.Firstly,the organization mode,structure and operation mechanism of the.truck and trailer transport under the sharing strategy are summarized;Based on the analysis of the traditional vehicle scheduling and dispatching process,the particularity of the vehicle scheduling and dispatching management problems under the sharing strategy is studied respectively:Increasing factors of vehicle scheduling make the scheduling process more complex,and the scheduling vehicles are handed over and managed among transportation enterprises.Based on this,the scheduling management of truck and trailer vehicles under sharing strategy is studied.Secondly,taking the tractor production operation under the sharing strategy as the breakthrough point,the idea of modeling is determined.The scheduling process is divided into two categories:empty vehicle driving and task driving,and describe the complex discrete scheduling process.The concept of truck and trailer pair,is introduced to transform the complex transportation process.A hybrid heuristic algorithm is designed based on the idea of path optimization and vehicle configuration;The validity of the model and its algorithm is verified by an example,and the advantages of the truck and trailer transport under the sharing strategy are demonstrated.Finally,aiming at the problem of transfer management between transport enterprises under the sharing strategy,the game theory is used to construct the game model of coalition center and transport enterprise supervision,and the game model of vehicle transfer management between transport enterprises.The influencing factors of the behavior strategy between coalition center and transport enterprise are obtained,and the development strategy of transfer management of truck and trailer scheduling vehicles is put forward.The problem of vehicle scheduling and management in this paper can provide a reference for the optimal management of vehicle scheduling in regional suspension alliance.
