Abstract/Summary:
As the links between regions and cities become closer, the reality and necessity of city cooperation and regional coordinated development have attracted widespread attention from domestic and foreign scholars. How to achieve urban cooperation and achieve the goal of coordinated regional development requires a comprehensive improvement of regional resilience, which has very important theoretical and practical value for optimizing the division of urban functions and promoting the rational flow of node cities. At the same time, urban agglomerations are continuously forming and developing, and the urban system is gradually transforming to a networked structure. Then, whether the urban network is resilient, and how to measure and measure its resilience, this kind of thinking has inspired new ideas for exploring urban resilience. This article takes the Northeast region as the research object, from the perspective of urban resilience, constructs an economic connection network,a transportation connection network and an information connection network, and visualizes it with ArcGIS and Gephi, and analyzes the spatial characteristics of the three types of networks. On this basis, this article establishes an index system from four aspects:hierarchical, coordination, transmission and agglomeration to measure the resilience of urban networks in Northeast China. This dissertation follows the research logic of "framework analysis-empirical analysis-policy recommendations" to evaluate the resilience of urban networks in Northeast China, and propose corresponding policy optimization recommendations. The following research conclusions are obtained:First, the central core node groups of the urban economic network, transportation network and information network in the Northeast region are all composed of Shenyang,Harbin, and Changchun, and the urban network in the Northeast region is guided to form an internal core node group centered on this group.Poly structure. From the perspective of the three types of network classifications, among the core city clusters of the economic network,Shenyang and Harbin have the most significant radiation effects on surrounding cities, leading the surrounding cities to form dense clusters with a network trend, while Jilin Province Relatively isolated,Changchun’s inter-provincial radiation capacity is limited, and even the connection with the surrounding cities is broken; The overall information network structure is relatively balanced. The three major provincial capitals are closely attracted to each other and form a complete core connection triangle. The polarization effects of Shenyang,Harbin, and Changchun are very significant, and they show scattered radiation connections within their respective provinces. The transportation network is the most mature, and the core provincial capital cities have formed a perfect core connection triangle.Shenyang,Harbin and Changchun all have strong driving capabilities, and are closely attracted to the surrounding general cities to form an obvious star-shaped radial pattern.Secondly, the three types of connection networks of urban economy, transportation and information in the Northeast have similar characteristics and levels in terms of transmission and agglomeration, but the differences in level and coordination are large. The internal transmission efficiency of the urban network in the Northeast region is relatively high, and there are mutually trusting city groups, which further promotes the flow of elements and resource integration between cities within the group. However, the heterogeneity of the urban economic connection network in the Northeast region is low and the level is too high, indicating that the radiation and jurisdiction of the cities at the core of the economy are too strong and concentrated, and the flow and diffusion of factors across levels and across provinces is difficult.Occurred, the openness of the network is poor, and the homogeneity of internal paths is serious. The level of heterogeneity of the traffic connection network and the information connection network is similar, and the level of agglomeration effect is also similar, but the level of the information connection network is higher than that of the traffic connection network. This characteristic of the transportation network leads to a relatively flat interior, but due to the lack of core leading cities, its resilience is slightly weaker than that of the information network. The information connection network can lead the city with a high-level core, and can play a radiating and leading role. The connection between the internal node cities is also large, and the path is diversified, which is conducive to the flow of elements and rapid response when a crisis occurs. The main innovations of this article are mainly manifested in two aspects.First, from the perspective of regional resilience, three types of urban networks in Northeast China have been constructed. With the help of social network analysis methods and related theories, appropriate indicators have been selected to establish an evaluation system to evaluate the resilience of urban networks in Northeast China. To a certain extent, this has realized the organic combination of urban network and regional resilience, and innovatively proposed a method for measuring resilience of regions or urban agglomerations based on the construction of urban networks. The perspective chosen in this article can be regarded as the extension and connection of regional resilience and urban networks.Secondly, the research of this dissertation is based on a comprehensive perspective, constructing three types of urban connection networks of economy, transportation and information, and comprehensively identifying the characteristics of urban network spatial structure in the Northeast. The measurement of urban network resilience is also based on these three types of urban connection networks, and finally proposed path choices and policy recommendations to improve urban network resilience in the Northeast.
