| With the development of low-carbon economy in the world, the clean transformation of power supply has become a new trend of the power development. As the carrier of power transmission and management, the reasonable structure of grid can promote the consumption of intermittent clean energy and reduce the comprehensive carbon emission intensity at the power generation side. The implementation of low-carbon target-oriented power grid planning can effecti-vely promote the development of low-carbon power industry. As the main carbon emission link of power system, power generation side needs to coordinate the planning of power grid with the low-carbon goal of energy allocation, and requires that both economic and regional carbon emission reduction benefits should be taken into account in the planning level of power grid.Power grid development planning under low carbon economy has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. This paper combs the theoretical research status of power grid planning at home and abroad according to the demand of emission reduction in low-carbon economy.Combining with the theory of energy allocation optimization in power grid area, the generation rights trading mechanism in power market, the theory of cross-regional power allocation and the evaluation model of power grid development related to low-carbon benefits are studied.Firstly, according to the current situation of China’s carbon trading market, the impact of carbon trading mechanism on generation side output and carbon emissions is simulated and analyzed by analyzing the trading decisions of power producers considering carbon emission costs, which lays a foundation for power grid planning based on resource allocation efficiency under the low-carbon development goal.Furthermore, considering the impact of carbon trading costs on generation side installation from the perspective of long-term planning,a mathematical model is established by quantifying the overall regional energy trading costs.Aiming at the lowest cost of regional energy allocation, the power grid optimization scheme is solved. Finally, the evaluation model of regional power grid development under low carbon target is studied.Considering the overall emission reduction benefits of generation side, transmission side and power side, the resource allocation capability of power grid is evaluated. An evaluation model is established from three dimensions:economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit. As a link of energy transmission, power grid undertakes the task of reducing emissions to optimize resource allocation in the context of low-carbon economy.Under the background of electric power system reform, there are more uncertainties in power grid generation and utilization.Power grid planning needs to study effective methods to analyze the energy resources available for allocation in the region. The research results show that under the background of low carbon, combining with carbon emission trading mechanism can effectively analyze the power generation side output of power grid.On this basis, considering cross-regional power allocation can effectively optimize power grid planning, reduce investment in power equipment and regional overall carbon emissions, which is in line with the development goal of power grid in low carbon economy. |
