CY plunger pump,having the advantages of high pressure,large displacement and high efficiency,is widely used in various production industries.However,the impact vibration phenomenon of CY type plunger pump in the start-up stage limits the application of some environmental protection equipment to the pump.The numerical modeling and dynamic simulation analysis of the impact and vibration of CY type plunger pump in the start-up stage carried out in the research.According to the working principle and related parameters of CY plunger pump,the mathematical model of flow characteristics at pump outlet based on the distributed parameter method is established by GUI/MATLAB.The flow characteristics model of CY plunger pump is established by programming.The flow and pressure fluctuation curves of ideal plunger pump outlet and plunger chamber are obtained.Combined with AMESim software,the dynamic simulation model of CY plunger pump hydraulic system is established.The dynamic model reveals the relationship between the inclination angle of the swash plate,the displacement of the plunger stroke,the change of velocity,the displacement of the pump and the pressure and flow fluctuation at the outlet of the plunger pump.Aiming at the three-dimensional dynamic modeling of internal flow field of CY plunger pump based on CFD,the dynamic grid technology is used to analyze the simulation model,and the influencing factors such as flow field characteristics and compressibility of hydraulic oil on the phenomena of impact vibration,flow back-filling and cavitation of hydraulic pump are obtained.Based on the theoretical model and numerical simulation of the structure of the valve plate of CY piston pump,the relevant structural parameters of the valve plate are optimized.It is proposed that when the width angle of the damper slot at the inlet and outlet of the valve plate is 90 degrees,the depth angle is 6.5 degrees and the depth of the damper hole at the top of the damper slot is 1 mm,the effect of reducing hydraulic impact and flow fluctuation is the best.At the same time,the test-bed of CY type plunger pump is designed and built,and the pressure and flow fluctuation at the outlet of the pump is tested.The experimental results are compared with the simulation data,which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the theoretical numerical calculation.
