Research On Design Of Unpowered Walker For The Elderly Based On TRIZ And Functional Analysis

Under the social background of the accelerated trend of population aging,walking aids for the elderly can help them solve the problems of inconvenience of legs and feet,poor balance ability and walking obstacles caused by the degeneration of their physical functions in daily life.However,the existing walking aids for the elderly in the market often have the problems of single function structure and complex operation,so they are not from the elderly user group.Start from the actual needs.Therefore,this paper takes TRIZ theory and functional analysis theory as the research method,combines the characteristics and needs of the elderly users,and designs the powerless walking aids for the elderly.Firstly,through collecting documents and materials,this paper preliminarily understands the current research situation at home and abroad,determines the research methods and structure process of the subject,and then constructs a product design process model based on TRIZ and function analysis,combining the principles,tools and methods of finding and solving problems in TRIZ theory and function analysis theory,forming a user demand analysis as a starting point.Through functional analysis,we can find the problems in the products,and then use TRIZ to solve the problems.Secondly,the characteristics of target user groups are studied and analyzed,and then the survey and Research on the products of Walker aiming at target users are carried out to collect the information of user needs and carry out the weight analysis of demand.Then the characteristics and functions of the powerless walker for the elderly are analyzed,and the functional structure tree,function chain and function model of walker are established to determine the final product to be waiting for.Design function.Finally,the design scheme of powerless walker for the elderly based on TRIZ and function analysis product design model is completed.Through solving related problems,analyzing key dimensions and design elements,the sketch drawing,three-dimensional modeling and rendering of the scheme are carried out.Finally,the design scheme is analyzed and evaluated.The purpose of this paper is to use TRIZ and functional analysis to research product design,to meet the needs of users,at the same time,to provide new research ideas for similar product design,and to contribute to relevant research and application.
