| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s national economy,the advance of urbanization has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry,and the rise of a large number of buildings has also created many hidden dangers.The disposal of building waste and building energy consumption have become the most prominent problems.This has seriously affected the sustainable development of the construction industry in China.The self-leveling mortar of the waste concrete powder studied in this paper can make effective use of building waste and reduce building energy consumption.Construction waste is processed into concrete powder with certain activity through fragmentation,grinding,etc.,which can replace part of cement and sand and be used to prepare waste concrete powder self-leveling mortar.This paper describes the physical and chemical properties of each component and the instruments and test methods used in the tests corresponding to the five performance indexes.In this paper,the physical properties of the waste concrete powder self-leveling mortar were determined by using double mixing and double generation method,that is,using coarse concrete powder with diameter between 0.15mm to 0.25mm instead of partial sand and fine concrete powder with particle size less than 0.075mm instead of partial cement.The test first determined the ratio of aluminate cement to ordinary silicate cement,the dosage of cellulose ether,the dosage of defoaming agent,and the ratio of water gel to these four benchmark ratios;Secondly,the L16(45)orthogonal test was used.Five factors and the corresponding four levels are:the amount of cement mixed by fine concrete powder(5%,10%,15%,20%),and the amount of coarse concrete powder replaced sand(5%,10%,15%,20%).),redispersible latex powder The amount of admixture(0.9%,1.2%,1.5%,1.8%),the amount of polycarboxylic acid water reducer(0.45%,0.55%,0.65%,0.75%,),the ratio of gum(1.0,1.1,1.2,1.3),The initial fluidity,20min fluidity,tensile bond strength,dimension change rate,24 hour compressive strength,28 day compressive strength,24 hour folding strength and 28 day compressive strength were tested and analyzed.Finally,the optimal ratio of each index is obtained by the analysis of the extreme values of the orthogonal test results,and the optimal ratio of the optimal ratio is A2B4C4D2E3.The amount of admixture of each constituent material is:10%of cement cement powder,20%of coarse concrete powder that replaces sand,1.8%of redispersable latex powder of cementin,and 0.55%of cementin.The amount of admixture of polycarboxylic acid water reducer,The bone glue ratio is 1.2:1.The main and secondary relations of the influence of the five factors on the test results are:factor A concrete powder instead of cement admixture(g),factor B concrete powder instead of sand admixture(g),factor E bone glue ratio,factor C The dispersibility Latex powder.In this paper,the mechanical properties,construction process and application prospect of the waste concrete powder self-flow level mortar were studied.The basic mechanical properties of the waste concrete powder self-leveling mortar can meet the standard requirements by using the optimal ratio of this project.The compressive strength is C25.The anti-folding strength level is F7.The construction process is:construction preparation,grassroots preparation,construction process,and maintenance of these four processes.The waste concrete powder self-leveling mortar reduces the environmental damage and reduces the cost of building materials by effectively using building waste.Its economy,environmental protection and physical properties are quite impressive,and its application prospects are worth promoting. |
