Compared with the traditional road surface form,assembled cement concrete pavement has the advantage of short construction time,simple construction technology,bearing capacity,cyclic utilization,fast utilization and so on.However,the poor overall smoothness of the pavement affects the rapid development of the assembled pavement.The leveling course can fully bond the substrate with the prefabricated board,and it is the main technical measure to improve the smoothness of pavement.Therefore,It is of great practical significance to study leveling materials at substrate.Rubber powder mortar has certain advantages in workability and mechanical properties,and provides a useful approach to handle waste rubber.Thus,the properties of rubber powder mortar and modified rubber powder mortar and their feasibility as leveling materials in substrate for assembled cement concrete pavement are analyzed and studied in this paper.The specific work is as follows:?1?Taking the fluidity and 7d compression strength of mortar as the experimental targets and arrange the test using the orthogonal table of three factors and three levels to study the effects of W/C?water-cement ratio?,S/C?weight ratio of sand to cement?and WR/C?weight ratio of water-reducing agent to cement?)on the mortar.Then,the experiment data was analyzed by using variance analysis and extreme difference analysis to determine of the benchmark mortar,the mix ratio is W/C=0.50?S/C=3.0?WR/C=3.2×10-3.?2?On the basis of the benchmark mortar,the effects of rubber powder on the fluidity,water retention,compression strength,shrinkage and elastic modulus of cement mortar under different content of rubber powder were studied through experiments.Meanwhile,the influence mechanism of rubber powder was analyzed and studied.?3?Based on the research of rubber powder mortar,the modification performance of rubber powder mortar with different content of fly ash and slag was studied,and their modification mechanism on rubber powder was also analyzed.?4?Based on the test results of rubber powder and modified rubber powder mortar arrange the test using the orthogonal table of three factors and three levels to determine the best mix ratio of the modified rubber powder mortar.Then,the performance of it is tested.According to the test results and the performance index of the leveling material,the feasibility of the modified rubber powder mortar as leveling materials in substrate for assembled cement concrete pavement are analyzed.
