In recent years,the western high altitude areas have embarked on the fast track of economic development with the help of the targeted poverty alleviation policy,and the power demand is strong.Meanwhile,the national carbon emission target and winning the battle of ecological protection require the power grid development to reduce the loss.However,the SCB10 series dry-type transformers with silicon steel sheets as the core are mostly used in the high altitude areas at present.The equipment is not energy-saving and the loss is too much,so it is faced with elimination in the national policy of energy-saving and loss reduction and the upgrading of rural power grid.As a representative of the new energy-saving transformer,the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer can greatly reduce the no-load loss,which is about 70%lower than the no-load loss of the transformer with silicon steel sheet as the core.Therefore,the research and design of amorphous alloy dry-type transformer suitable for high altitude area is of great significance for economic development and energy saving and loss reduction.In this thesis,the characteristics of ferromagnetic materials of amorphous alloy cores are first introduced,after that,the comparison and analysis on no-load loss and economy between SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer and SCB10 series silicon steel sheet dry-type transformer are made,and it is concluded that the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is superior to the silicon steel sheet dry-type transformer in both aspects.Therefore,amorphous dry-type transformers are preferred for energy-saving transformers in high altitude areas.According to the characteristics of the high altitude environment where the transformer is located,the influence of the high altitude natural environment on the operation of the transformer is studied.By examining the different national standards,the method of correcting the external insulation,electrical clearance and temperature rise of high altitude is discussed.The correction method to be adopted for amorphous alloy dry-type transformer suitable for high altitude area of this design is determined.After that,the electromagnetic design and calculation of the core and winding are applied to the SCBH15-1250/10 amorphous alloy dry-type transformer suitable for high altitude area,and the loss and temperature rise are calculated.The calculation results are in compliance with relevant standards.Finally,the structure design of iron core and winding is carried out according to the designed parameters.The transformer manufacturing drawings are drawn by AutoCAD engineering drawing software,the precautions of the epoxy resin casting process and the temperature controller are listed,and the insulation defects are detected by the partial discharge test.Finally,the transformer is sent to the national plateau electrical product quality supervision and inspection center for external voltage withstand test,lightning impulse test and temperature rise test.The transformer passes the tests and works well.In this thesis,the design of amorphous alloy dry-type transformer suitable for high altitude area is derived from the practical project of the company.By combining the natural characteristics of the high altitude area with the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer,the energy-saving transformer suitable for the high altitude area is designed.Through the high altitude simulation tests conducted in Kunming electric appliance science research institute,it is verified that the high altitude amorphous alloy dry-type transformer designed in this thesis meets the national standard,which paves the way for mass production in the future.
