In recent years, the output of slag in my country has continued to increase. If improperly handled,it will cause environmental pollution. As an industrial waste, slag can be used to replace part of cement in mortar or concrete to prepare slag concrete, which can not only achieve waste utilization and protect the environment. The purpose is to reduce the amount of cement, thereby slowing down resource consumption and reducing costs. However, the incorporation of slag will significantly reduce the early strength of concrete and increase its own shrinkage. When subjected to impact load, the ability of slag concrete to resist impact deformation is poor, which also limits its application range.Aiming at the problems of low early strength, large shrinkage, and poor impact resistance of slag concrete, this paper adopts the method of mixing alkali-resistant glass fiber to solve the problem. The test used slag fixed replacement of 40%cement mortar as the research object.Through the addition of 0%,0.25%,0.5%,0.75%,and 1%of the alkali-resistant glass fiber in addition to the volume, the resistance to influence of alkali glass fiber on the work, physical, shrinkage and mechanical properties of slag cement mortar.Research indicates:(1)From the perspective of work, physics and shrinkage performance, the incorporation of alkali-resistant glass fiber will have a negative impact on the fluidity of slag cement mortar. The fluidity of slag cement mortar is inversely proportional to the fiber content, and the more fiber content, the mortar will flow. The higher the degree of decrease, the minimum fluidity is reached when the fiber content is 1%;the water absorption of slag cement mortar shows an upward trend when the fiber content increases. When the fiber content is 1%,the water absorption of the mortar reaches the maximum In terms of drying shrinkage control, the effect of alkali-resistant glass fiber in controlling drying shrinkage of slag cement mortar increases first and then decreases with the increase of fiber content. The control effect is best when the fiber content is 0.75%.(2)From the perspective of mechanical properties, the incorporation of alkali-resistant glass fiber has a positive effect on the flexural and compressive strength of slag cement mortar. With the increase of fiber content, the flexural strength of slag cement mortar continues to increase, and It reaches the maximum when the fiber content is 1%,while the compressive strength of the slag mortar shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and reaches the maximum when the fiber content is 0.75%;the analysis of the SEM photo shows that the alkali-resistant glass fiber The bonding performance with the cement matrix is strong, and the fibers are staggered and overlapped in the mortar to form a network structure, which has a good effect on the toughening and strengthening of the slag mortar;in terms of the impact resistance improvement effect,The incorporation of alkali-resistant glass fiber can better improve the impact resistance of slag mortar.Under impact load, the dynamic compressive strength of slag mortar is positively correlated with the average strain rate;between 60.04s-1~157.75s Within the range of-1 strain rate, when the fiber volume content is 0.5%,the dynamic compressive strength and ultimate toughness of slag mortar reach the highest, and its DIF is higher than that of other groups, and it has more outstanding impact resistance.Figure 28 Table 9 References 80...
