| No matter in surface engineering or underground engineering,grouting is an essential part.In practical engineering,pure cement slurry is often the first choice of grouting materials.However,the stability,fluidity and mechanical strength of pure cement slurry are not good.On the basis of pure water slurry,superfine slag powder and water glass are added to improve the performance of pure cement slurry,so as to form water glass superfine slag powder cement composite slurry.The mineral composition,chemical composition and specific surface area of slag powder are roughly the same as that of cement clinker,so slag powder can replace cement clinker in a certain proportion.The activity of ordinary slag powder is poor and it is difficult to stimulate.The superfine slag powder with smaller particle size is selected to obtain better activity.Water glass can not only reduce the fluidity of slurry and shorten the solidification time,but also make the slurry alkaline to stimulate slag activity.Taking water glass superfine slag powder cement grouting material as the research object,the viscosity,fluidity,water evolution rate,flexural strength and compressive strength of cement grouting material of water glass superfine slag powder cement grouting material are studied by using water binder ratio,superfine slag powder and water glass addition proportion as basic variables,so as to determine the optimal mix proportion of composite slurry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis and Research on the raw material performance of water glass superfine slag powder cement composite slurry and the physical and chemical reaction mechanism between the materials,the purpose of giving full play to the excellent performance of each component material is finally achieved.(2)Based on the orthogonal test,through theoretical analysis and laboratory test,the primary and secondary relationship of the water cement ratio,the amount of superfine slag powder and water glass on the viscosity,fluidity and water evolution rate of water glass superfine slag powder cement grouting material is water binder ratio>water glass addition proportion>superfine slag powder content.(3)Without water glass,with the increase of superfine slag powder content,the flexural strength of consolidated body presents a downward trend,and the compressive strength presents an upward trend compared with pure water slurry.With the increase of age,the decreasing trend of flexural strength becomes slower,and the effect of superfine slag powder on the early flexural strength of consolidated body is greater.(4)The addition of water glass can slow down the decline of flexural strength.When the proportion of water glass is 1%,the compressive strength of consolidated body increases fastest.However,if too much water glass is added,the compressive strength of consolidated body will be reducedThe results show that when the water binder ratio is 0.6,the content of superfine slag powder is 10%,and the water glass proportion is 1%,the performance of the composite slurry is better.The slurry viscosity is 92.35s,the fluidity is 275mm,the water evolution rate is 3.5%,and the age is 3d,7d and 28d The flexural strength of consolidated body is 3.715MPa,7.187MPa and 9.68MPa,and the compressive strength is 15.289MPa,25.362MPa and 28.062MPa respectively.Figure 19 table 15 references 72... |
