| In the daily operation of an enterprise,working capital can stimulate the flow of capital and the continuity of operation.We can regard working capital as the blood of an enterprise,covering all aspects of enterprise operations,such as procurement,production and sales.Therefore,how to open up new perspectives,new thinking,and promote the innovation of working capital management is the key point worth paying attention to.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the consumer market and the continuous changes in consumer buying habits,new consumption patterns have broken the sales barriers of traditional offline physical stores,and the emergence of live streaming and e-commerce has emerged.In this context,home appliance companies,as companies that are close to the lives of residents will affect the whole body,and need to make strategic adjustments to working capital in time to adapt to the unpredictable market environment.The article integrates cutting-edge supply chain theory with working capital in the process of corporate management,and applies financial data to real businesses.The integration of theory and practice provides a new way to improve corporate working capital management.In this article,as a leader in the home appliance industry in China,G company is selected as the case study object.Based on a large amount of data related to working capital from 2015 to 2019,and analyze the current status of G Company’s working capital management from three aspects of liquidity,safety and efficiency.In addition,this article summarizes the performance evaluation indicators of working capital management under the purchase,production,and sales channels,and compares them with the corresponding indicators of three reference companies in the same industry.Through a series of exploratory studies,it is found that the utilization rate of working capital in the procurement process of G enterprise is relatively high.High will also be accompanied by adverse effects.There is still insufficient working capital management in production and sales.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the company’sproduction and sales model is relatively backward.Based on the above understanding,in order to improve the working capital management of G company,we will formulate a specific optimization plan from the perspective of supply chain.In the future more incandescent market competition,it is expected to establish a certain competitive advantage in the supply chain and to consolidate G company’s leading position in the industry and the prosperity of future development. |
