Working Capital Management Of Home Appliance Industry Based On Supply Chain Research

Working capital management is an important part of enterprise financial management,and the performance of working capital management directly affects the business performance of enterprises.High level of working capital management can not only ensure the profitability of enterprises,but also improve the credit level of enterprises.In this paper,literature research,statistical analysis,case analysis and other research methods are adopted to solve the problems of working capital management based on supply chain.With 52 listed household appliance enterprises as samples,the working capital performance level in the procurement,production and sales links of the household appliance industry is calculated.Then,the current situation of working capital management based on supply chain in the household appliance industry is analyzed.Haier are summarized based on supply chain management experience of working capital,points out problems and put forward the optimization Suggestions.Through analyzing the case of Qingdao haier,found a strategic partnership with suppliers and actively promote suppliers to participate in the preliminary design and implementation of vendor managed inventory and JIT purchasing operation can improve the purchasing channels of supply chain management methods,such as working capital management performance;Through "the single unity" win-win model,under the zero inventory of the need for and implementation of modular production and supply chain management method can improve production channels of working capital management performance;The continuous improvement of supply chain management methods,such as customerrelationship management,establishing strategic partnership with logistics enterprises and distributors,realizing zero distance between virtual and real network and users,has made the performance of marketing channel working capital management higher than the average level of the industry.However,for Haier itself,there are still some problems in its working capital management.For example,the procurement channel does not make rational use of commercial credit,and the marketing channel accounts receivable occupy a large amount of working capital,hindering the improvement of the management level of working capital in the marketing channel.In the future development process,Haier should make rational use of commercial credit,strengthen the management of accounts receivable,and try to explore the securitization of accounts receivable assets to reduce the occupation of working capital,so as to improve its working capital management performance.In short,the idea of embedding supply chain management in the process of enterprise working capital management can improve the level of enterprise working capital management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and help to realize the maximization of enterprise value.
