| Supply chain is a dynamic network constructed by core enterprises for cooperation between different enterprises and different departments,including suppliers,manufacturers,transportation retailers and customers.The entire operating state of the supply chain involves starting with raw materials,processing them into parts by upstream companies,processing them into finished products by core companies,and finally delivering them to consumers.Enterprises and consumers in the supply chain are in close contact through the supply system,thereby shaping a complete supply chain network structure.With the rapid development of today’s society and economy,the division of labor between the industrial chains is becoming more and more clear.Major automobile companies cannot produce all the parts and components required by their products by themselves.They must coordinate production with their upstream and downstream companies to implement supply.Chain management to complete the company’s production tasks.As the development of the automobile industry enters its peak period,it has also promoted the rapid development of supporting enterprises and consolidated the links between different enterprises in the automobile supply chain.The rapid development of logistics and global procurement have led to the possibility of suppliers for an automobile company being located all over the world,which will resulting in the security of the supply chain network being relatively fragile.,and various global natural and man-made disasters will increase the supply.Chain risk,therefore,the identification,assessment and control of the entire supply chain risk becomes particularly important.This paper analyzes various documents related to the subject and combines the internship process to carry out research activities for automobile companies.The SCOR model is used to conduct in-depth analysis of the research results,and then to carry outin-depth research on actual cases of related companies,and constructs suitable for automotive Industry’s risk identification model.Based on the SCOR model to carry out targeted risk identification research on the entire supply chain,the actual risk factors are divided into five categories,namely strategic plan risk,procurement risk,manufacturing risk,distribution risk,and return risk.Based on the above five stages of risk identification,the coordination degree is used to screen the identified risks,and the risks that have very low impact or that do not exist at this stage are eliminated.Then the supply chain risk evaluation index system was established,and the BP neural network method,the momentum-increasing BP neural network method,the BP wavelet neural network method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the risks after the screening.The evaluation results are compared,and the BP wavelet neural network method,which can evaluate the risk more accurately,is selected as the risk evaluation method of this article.Finally,based on detailed cases of specific companies,carry out the identification and analysis of risk indicators and evaluate the identified risks,and carry out related risk control work by referring to the results of risk assessment.It is hoped that the development of more abundant policy opinions for automobile companies in the new era will have a good reference value for the identification and control of supply chain risks in the automotive industry,and will also provide important inspiration for subsequent in-depth research. |
