Research And Application Of Manufacturing Supply Chain Partner Risk Evaluation Based On SCOR Model

With the increasingly fierce global competition,high-tech emerging,and diversified customer needs,modern manufacturing companies need efficient and stable supply chains to support their development.In order to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain,core manufacturing companies will establish partnerships with certain key suppliers.However,due to the complexity of the supply chain system,the unpredictability of the environment and various uncertainties,the supply chain is at risk of instability or rupture,which causes the company to suffer losses.As an important stakeholder of the core enterprise,the supply chain partner directly affects the production and operation activities of the enterprise.It is an important source of supply chain risk and the main target of risk management.How to comprehensively and accurately identify and evaluate partner risks is the basis of partner risk management,and also provides a basis for decision-making.The paper first reviews the research status and results of supply chain risk management and supply chain partnership management,and puts forward research questions and ideas.Secondly,it analyzes the mechanism of supply chain risk,clarifies the meaning of supply chain partner risk,and defines the research object.Through research on the supply chain partner mechanism,it is pointed out that its capabilities,partnerships and external environment are the main sources of risk for core manufacturing companies.Based on this,a risk identification framework based on supply chain operation reference model(SCOR model)is constructed.The cooperation process between core manufacturing enterprises and partners is analyzed.Factor analysis was used to reduce and reorganize the initial indicators,and a three-level risk indicator system for supply chain partners was established.Then,according to the characteristics of the risk,the weight of the indicator is determined from the four aspects of risk impact degree,occurrence probability,detectability and controllability.A comprehensive evaluation method based on the similarity cloud model is proposed to help enterprises judge the risk level,risk uncertainty and main risk sources of the partners.Finally,taking H automobile company as an example,the evaluation of its partner risk verifies the validity and feasibility of the proposed index system and evaluation model.
