| The single guide vane control system of Taishan Pumped Storage Power Station is composed of 22 sets of independent control mechanisms.During the operation of the unit,problems such as the loss of control of the guide vane connecting rod,the failure of the guide vane relay and the deformation of the guide vane may occur,which may lead to oil leakage of the relay,resulting in the failure of synchronization of the relays of the turbine units or the inability of a single relay to operate,resulting in the failure of the blade angle adjustment.At present,there is no test device that can realize the sealing leak detection test of piston in any position.Therefore,the study of fault diagnosis method of Servomotor and oil leakage detection of relay are important links to ensure the healthy and stable operation of hydraulic turbine,and have important theoretical and practical value for intelligent operation of pumped storage power station.In this thesis,the fault diagnosis of Servomotor is studied in the following aspects:1)Based on the existing Taishan Pumped Storage Power Station,according to the working principle of Servomotor,the working process is analyzed,and the problems of oil leakage and pumping of turbine governor in actual operation are explained.2)By analyzing the structure and operation characteristics of Servomotor,an experimental model of Servomotor failure is established.The model is mainly composed of relay,hydraulic station,PLC,host computer,temperature sensor,pressure sensor,vibration sensor and shaft encoder.3)Using quantitative control of hydraulic pressure system butt relay detection at any position,using Hilbert-Huang transform and wavelet transform to extract signal characteristics,using these features and spectrum analysis of the internal relationship between fault characteristics,relay status detection,fault diagnosis and warning.4)A remote monitoring system of Servomotor based on cloud platform is developed.Ming-Niu Cloud can monitor the parameters of field fault diagnosis through APP terminal of mobile phone.The status monitoring of relay under cloud platform can not only detect the parameters of relay operation,but also provide online equipment information and cloud service for end users according to the configuration of large data in cloud.Finally,this thesis tests the function of the designed Servomotor fault diagnosis system using real-time relay operation data,and the results show that the system can meet the design requirements. |
