Is mountain torrent disasters in our country,especially in hill area,and high frequency of mountain flood disasters have serious threat to the hills area of economic development,with frequent flood events,the river flood control situation in further,and most of mountain flood disasters happened hill regions lack of monitoring station,cause lack of forecasting information,increased the hills area of mountain torrent disaster early warning and forecast the difficulty.Timely and accurate flood forecasting can buy precious time for flood control and disaster reduction,and minimize personnel and economic losses to the greatest extent.In this paper,the Foziling reservoir is taken as the research object,and the design rainstorm is calculated by the method of Anhui hydrological manual compiled according to the geographical characteristics of Anhui Province.The designed flood and peak discharge are calculated by using reasoning formula and rainstorm data,and the discharge of flood discharge flood is calculated according to the operation mode of the reservoir When the once-in-a-year flood occurs,the evolution of flood discharge from Foziling reservoir in the downstream river channel is analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the numerical simulation results show that the variation trend of the simulated maximum flood level from upstream to downstream in the river basin is roughly consistent with the trend of river precipitation,so the overall actual situation of the model is relatively reliable.(2)The greater the flow,the higher the water level.The highest flood level gradually decreases from upstream to downstream of Pi River,and with the decrease of upstream flood discharge,the water level drops steadily.There is no obvious rule of river inundation depth from upstream to downstream,because the topography of Dabie Mountain area changes greatly and is closely related to river cross-section morphology.(3)When the recurrence period of rainstorm reaches 100 years,the maximum discharge of Pi River in Huoshan city is more than 7000m~3/s,the discharge of Pi River in Lu’an City is about 4000m~3/s,the safe discharge of river from Foziling dam to Huoshan city is 2445 m~3/s,and the maximum water delivery capacity is 3760 m~3/s Therefore,the discharge of Foziling reservoir can not be adjusted to ensure the safety of both sides of the lower reaches.The government should organize people on both sides of the Strait to evacuate in an orderly and safe manner to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.
