| Clay solid bricks are the most common masonry material.Due to the waste of resources,the production of clay bricks has many problems,such as waste of resources,destruction of farmland and high building energy consumption,since the 21st century,the state has been promulgating various policies to restrict its use.In 2012,the state implemented" In the first batch,183 cities in China were required to"restrict adhesion" and 397 counties were required to achieve "restriction",In 2016,the country implemented the second batch of "restriction and ban" policies to consolidate the first batch.On the basis of the results,it is required to realize the"stickiness restriction" 411 "forbidden reality" in 186 cities.However,in the suburbs of some domestic cities,counties,towns,and rural areas,solid clay bricks still have a broad market.In view of the above situation,this paper has done two aspects of research:the first to the fourth chapters take the green building concept as the basic guidance,deeply analyzes the wall masonry materials promoted and developed by the wall reform department,and seeks the best substitute of clay solid brick.Non-fired bricks and aerated concrete blocks have common quality problems with large-scale cracks and are difficult to control.Small concrete blocks and ceramsite blocks have high cost and high transportation cost.Gypsum board cannot be used for load-bearing.Raw materials such as coal gangue and fly ash must be mixed with a certain amount of clay during production due to their poor bonding ability.At the same time,the construction performance of fly ash and coal gangue is weaker than that of shale.Due to many problems,its sintering production produces a large amount of greenhouse gases.Considering that the current national wall development direction is mainly to limit adhesion,shale porous bricks are finally selected as a substitute.Light weight and high strength are the future development direction of new wall materials,and building energy saving is the core feature of green buildings.At present,the evaluation of building energy conservation in China is mainly based on the thermal performance of wall enclosure structure.According to the above characteristics,the comparative analysis of pressure bearing,shear resistance,seismic resistance and thermal insulation of shale porous brick masonry and clay solid brick masonry is carried out in Chapters 5 to 7 The results show that the bearing capacity of shale porous brick is 30%higher than that of clay solid brick;the shear performance of two kinds of wall is basically the same;due to the light weight of shale porous brick,shale porous brick bears less seismic force under horizontal earthquake action,so it has better seismic performance;due to the good thermal performance of shale,under the same conditions,the heat flux density of clay solid bricks is 1.51 times that of shale porous bricks.The results show that shale porous brick has better performance of building materials than clay solid brick.Figure[51]Table[15]Reference[99]... |
