| At present,all countries in the world are actively exploring new alternative energy sources.As an ideal energy source,nuclear fusion energy is the goal pursued by all countries.The realization of Fusion energy cannot be achieved without Fusion Reactor.CFETR(China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor)is the next generation superconducting Fusion Reactor planned to be built in China in the future.As one of the key components of CFETR,the magnet coil feeder system is mainly used to provide power supply,liquid helium cooling and measurement control and diagnosis pipelines for the host magnet system,which is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the magnet system.Article mainly around the longitudinal field magnet coil feeder are introduced,according to its different section,select the partition and cold mass support and other key components,vacuum for the structure design and the size calculation,and using three-dimensional modeling software CATIA,finite element analysis software ANSYS,etc.,of these components and feeder system as a whole is more than the coupling simulation of the feeder,the temperature distribution of the relevant parts of cloud displacement nephogram and the stress distribution cloud,etc.,through checking rule of stress criterion,finally confirmed the rationality of the design of the related components and reliability.In this paper,the design of the TF feeder is unfolded separately,and the completed content mainly includes the following three aspects:1.General design and introduction of longitudinal field coil magnet feeder.According to the working environment and characteristics of the main engine,the main design principles and stress assessment standards of the feeder system are determined.This paper introduces the attribute data of various metals and metal-dividing materials,and provides data basis for the selection of subsequent materials.The overall structure of CFETR feeder system is introduced,and the flow chart of feeder system work design is introduced.Meanwhile,the main components and functions of feeder system sorting are introduced in detail,laying a solid foundation for further detailed design in the future.2.Design of key parts of TF feeder.In order to reduce the heat loss in the transition feeder,the vacuum partition and cold support are optimized in detail.Design the structure of vacuum partition labyrinth cavity,adiabatic cold screen,bellows,as well as the structure of cold support cylinder,heat shield plate,heat transfer copper sheet and so on,and carry on the finite element analysis and check to them respectively,verify the feasibility of the related structure design.3.Multi-field coupling design of longitudinal field magnet coil feeder system.In view of the single feeder system as a whole,the method of multi-field coupling analysis is proposed.According to the multi-field coupling theory,the coupling sequence and research method of the feeder system analysis are determined,and the analysis and calculation model of the thermal-electromagnetic-structural coupling of the feeder system is established.Through finite element analysis,the strength reliability and displacement deformation of the feeder system under normal working conditions are checked.Figure[35]table[11]reference[85]... |
